Hi if you are like me and love a little project ... you should totally make your own concrete pots with @concretegeometric ✨ she sends you cement mix and special pigments, then you make your own colors and layer your pot! It almost impossible to mess up and the cleanup wasn’t even too bad. The best part — you can use recycled plastic for your molds! Swipe to see all the pots I made yesterday. I used a salsa container, a soup container, and an old nursery pot. It was seriously so fun! Happy #foliagefriday 🌴. I moved around quite a bit after college, but eventually landed back in the place I said I would never live, my hometown, Dallas 😝. I guess I could have resigned myself to a life of bible studies, bake sales, and boxwoods, but I knew that wasn’t who I was at my core 🤷♀️. I also realized that if I wanted to change my environment, I was going to have to take on the goddesslike task of creating my own world within this world. So of course I take up the most basic suburban hobby of all, #gardening 😂. Planting this paradise is one of the best decisions I’ve made. It has reignited passion and creativity in my life, and it makes me feel like everyday is a vacay 👙🌴
