HOMEMADE CALZONE: (High Protein) INGREDIENTS: (Crust) 2 c Almond Flour + more for dusting (whole wheat or white whole wheat should work too), 6 Tbls Arrowroot Powder, 2 Eggs (one for dough, one for egg wash), 1 c Plain Nondairy or Greek Yogurt, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano, Pinch of Dried Basil, (Filling) 2-3 Tbls Homemade Nomato Sauce (more if you are making more than one calzone), Vegetables of Choice, 1 Slice Fresh Mozzarella, or Grated Parmesan Cheese DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a pizza pan. 2. Make the dough. Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine. Place dough in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to set. 3. Remove the dough from the fridge. Divide the dough into 2-3 equal size balls. You can save any you’re not using for later by wrapping in plastic wrap and placing inside a freezer bag. Freeze up to one month. Thaw completely before using. 4. Roll out your dough between two pieces of parchment paper dusted with a little extra flour. 5. Place your desired ingredients on half. Fold over the other half. Seal edges if they will reach. 6. Brush with an egg wash (beaten egg). 7. Bake 15-18 minutes. Watch carefully. Recipe Notes: For low acid protocols like Acid Watchers, this recipe is maintenance due to the yogurt. ONION RINGS! They CAN be gluten free and you can make them in your air fryer at home. They’re tasty, too, AND they can even be enjoyed during Passover. WHAT? They’re simple, really. Prepare three bowls for breading. In the first, place gluten free flour. Season your flour- salt, pepper and/or smoked paprika. Choose your poison. During Passover, I used gluten free matzoh ball mix. I’m not even kidding. It works and, honestly, can be used to season chicken or fish, too. In the second bowl, mix egg bath. A few eggs mixed with a little water will suffice. In the third bowl, pour gluten free panko breadcrumbs. The crumbs shown in the picture are kosher for Passover and I use them year round. Slice a sweet onion or two into thick rounds and separate the rings. Dip each in the flour/matzoh ball mix, egg and finally the panko crumbs. Place in the air fryer and spray generously with oil spray. Air fry at 400 until brown, 6-8 minutes. Do this in batches snd keep warm in your oven, ENJOY! 🍋 Gluten-free lemon cake One day I was craving a lemon cake and had to bake one immediately and found a recipe that I changed the flour type, amount of eggs and liquids, and then there it was at the very first try... moist delicious lemon cake! I don't know how many times (A LOT) I baked this cake, the recipe is all in my head already and even baked it abroad when I visited my family. Yes I carried my German bio-Buchweizenmehl with me 🫣 (Of course, my German husband was concerned about a potential problem at the airport.) 🖋 Recipe for a 20 × 20 cm cake mold: ● 2 eggs ● 1 lemon juice (+ zest if preferred) ● 1.5 cups of buckwheat flour ● 1/2 cup of sugar/ alternatively coconut blossom sugar ( Kokosblütenzucker) ● 3/4 cup of yogurt ● 3/4 cup of sunflower oil ● 1/2 pack of backing powder ● Chocolate chips / chunks ● Mix the eggs with sugar. ● Add the liquids and mix it. ● Lastly add the flour and the baking powder to the mixture. ● Preheat the oven to 175°C. ● Baking time: ~ 25 min. ☆ Tip: If you want to add the lemon zest, grate the full lemon first. Saute peppers and onions for 5-6 mins. Stir in garlic, salt and pepper cooking 1-2 mins. Remove from heat. Add skillet back to medium heat with more oil. Cook potatoes 12-15 mins until start to crisp up and get tender. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium low and fold in peppers/onions and steak cooking 1 min. Remove from heat. Fold in cheese. Top with fried eggs and garnish with parsley.

Thought it would be fun to start posting a few recipes that I love and tips that I’ve gathered in my wellness era. First up, these easy PB Protein Bars with a chocolate drizzle. The secret ingredient is some added @vitalproteins for all the protein without compromising the delicious PB flavor. Hope you enjoy! Ingredients: -1.5 cups of rolled oats -½ of creamy peanut butter -¼ cup of super fine almond flour -¼ cups of collagen powder -¼ honey -1 tablespoon of chia seeds -1-2 tablespoons of DF milk of choice -1.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract -Pinch of sea salt -¼ cup of chocolate chips (I like @hukitchen ) Directions: Mix lightly together oats, collagen powder, chia seeds almond flour and salt -Microwave honey, vanilla and PB shortly to soften both -Add honey/pb mixture into dry ingredients along with 1 tablespoon of DF milk -If too dry can add another tablespoon of milk Mix well and place mixture in a parchment paper lined 8x8 baking dish. -Melt chocolate chips in microwave in small bowl -Drizzle overtop and then freeze for 30min Cut into bars or squares and enjoy. #glutenfreerecipes #proteinsnacks #healthysnacks #dairyfreesnacks #wholefoodsnacks #wellnessfood #peanutbutterchocolate #vitalproteinscollagenpeptides #hukitchenchocolate #proteinbars #snackprep #wellnessera

Kuchen mit Erdbeeren 🍓🍓🍓 geht bei mir einfach immer und so landeten sie heute auf einer #glutenfreien Erdbeer-Buttermilchschnitte ZUTATEN Für den Biskuit 3 Eier 50 gr. Zucker 1 Pkg. Vanillezucker 1 Prise Salz 70 gr. glutenfreies Kuchenmehl (ich verwende Schär Mix Kuchen & Kekse) 1 Tlf. Backpulver Für die Creme 250 ml. Buttermilch 200 gr. Naturjoghurt gerührt 200 gr. Sahne 9 Blatt Gelantine 80 gr. Zucker 1 Pkg. Vanillezucker 2 Eßl. Zitronensaft Für das Topping etwas Erdbeermarmelade 500 gr. Erdbeeren 1 Pkg. rotes Tortengelee ZUBEREITUNG Für den Biskuit die Eier trennen. Das Eiweiß mit Salz steif schlagen und danach den Zucker unterrühren. Unter ständigem Rühren die Eigelbe hinzugeben und zum Schluß das mit Backpulver vermischte Mehl unterheben. Den Teig auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech gießen (ich verwende dazu einen Backrahmen mit der Größe von ca. 30x25 cm) Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175°C Ober-/Unterhitze für ca. 12 min. backen. Den Biskuit auf ein mit Staubzucker bestreutes Geschirrtuch stürzen und das Backpapier sofort abziehen. Biskuit gut auskühlen lassen. Für die Creme das Joghurt, die Buttermilch und den Zucker verrühren. Die Gelantine in 2 Eßl. warmen Zitronensaft auflösen und in die Creme rühren. Kurz anziehen lassen und danach die steif geschlagene Sahne unterrühren. Den Biskuit teilen, eine Hälfte in einen Backrahmen geben und die Creme darauf verstreichen. Die andere Hälfte des Biskuits darauflegen und leicht andrücken. Etwas Marmelade auf den oberen Biskuit streichen, die Erdbeeren klein schneiden und darauf verteilen. Das Tortengelee nach Packungsanleitung zubereiten und über die Erdbeeren gießen. Hej! 😊 Dzisiaj chciałam podzielić się przepisem na krokieciki ziemniaczane z mozzarellą.👩‍🍳 Są one idealnie chrupiące z zewnątrz i miękkie w środku, ponieważ wypełnione są roztopioną mozzarellą 🤤😋 Danie można wykonać w wersji bezglutenowej i jest wegetariańskie, tak jak znajdziecie w przepisie. Panierka zastosowana do wykonania krokietów, to gotowa panierka bezglutenowa z Schär'a, ale na pewno można znaleźć też inne zamienniki, chociażby mąka z ciecierzycy myślę, że się sprawdzi. The beautiful people at @scharglutenfreeuk have done it again!!! Another homemade gluten-free pizza made of buckwheat flour (sofar my favourite gluten-free flour) with mozzarella, parmesan, broccoli and red peppers. Yummy! One evening decided to have a pizza with what we have at home (because Sunday. Vilken fin söndag vi har!! Soligt och varmt och inte en dag försent🌞 Då vill man dricka kaffet på altanen och äta något gott så jag bakade en Nöt krokant boll. En supergod och lättbakad liten nötboll som är älskad av många! Perfekt att ha i kylskåp när man vill ha något gott till fikat ☕️ Recept Nöt krokant bollar⬇️ 2 dl Hasselnötter (skalade) 1 dl cashewnötter 1 dl kokos 180 g mandelsmör 10 droppar stevia drops vanilj 1 tsk vanilj essens Lägg allt i en matberedare och kör till en formbar smet. Rulla bollar i valfri storlek. Ställ åt sidan. Förbered för att smälta choklad över vattenbad⬇️ 100 g sockerfri choklad 🍫 2 msk mandelsmör Doppa bollarna i chokladen och strö på lite flingsalt. In i frysen till chokladen stelnat och förvara dom sen i kylskåp. Ett tips om man får över choklad efter att man doppat sina bollar är att göra en liten chokladkaka 🍫 På sista bilden ser ni hur jag gjorde idag. What’s For Brunch Today Tomato Zucchini Egg Breakfast Bake INFO Cook Time 50 minutes Prep Time 15 minutes Servings 4 servings INGREDIENTS 8 large eggs 1 zucchini 1 yellow squash 4 roma tomatoes 1 small onion diced 2 garlic cloves minced 1 teaspoon Italian spice blend 1 teaspoon rosemary fresh, minced 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon sea salt black pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS Slice tomatoes, zucchini, and yellow squash into 1/4" rounds and alternately layer into an 8" casserole dish. In a saucepan sauté diced onion and minced garlic in a drizzling of olive oil (about 1 tablespoon) until golden. Whisk eggs and spices together, then add sautéed onions and garlic and pour over vegetables. Bake on 350F for about 50 minutes until golden on edges and the middle springs back when you push on it with your finger. Pressure Cooker Classic Split Pea Soup.⁠ Not entirely spring story, but this is what we craved lately. It turned out so good, and was so easy to cook that I need to share:)⁠ It’s a recipe for classic split pea soup, a thick and flavorful soup made with smoked pork ribs.⁠ Tips:⁠ - The easiest and fastest way to make split pea soup is to use a pressure cooker. - It takes only 10 minutes of active cooking and 1 hour of cooking in the pressure cooker.⁠ - Traditionally, the soup is made with smoked pork ribs, but you can use any smoked meat. The key is to have an ample amount of meat in the dish.⁠ - In addition to carrots, you can also add other root vegetables to taste, such as celery, parsley, or parsnips.⁠ - You can use water as a liquid, but bone broth will make the soup even more healthful and nutritious.⁠ - From a culinary perspective, you may skip soaking the split peas. @simplycookcom Chickpea Kofta Flatbread. This meal didn’t turn out quite the way I expected it to, but it still tasted pretty good. I first made this dish a few years ago but this time I made some adjustments by using @warburtonsgf bread for the kofta mixture, @coconutcollab yoghurt for the cacik and serving the koftas with a @scharglutenfreeuk flatbread. I also added 2 eggs, the chickpea liquid and some xanthan gum to try and prevent the koftas from falling apart but this made the mixture very sticky. I also added some gluten-free flour to the kofta mixture but even with this added, the mixture was still quite sticky. Due to the consistency of the mixture, I ended up making 6 big koftas. I also drizzled some of the pomegranate molasses onto the koftas rather than toss them with the molasses.
