So proud of myself and all the ladies that ran it. We had some sketchy weather predicted yet Mother Nature was looking out for us! Grateful the desert got some rain AND it dried up in time for 600 badass women to run…Thelma and Louise style. Thru sandy washes, technical doubletrack, and smooth jeep trails-this course was fun and legit! As always, gotta give extra thanks to my person @burnaman691 for showing up even though he didn’t tackle the trail. Thank you for all your love and support, including the hype up as to how much fun it will be when I was so nervous/not sure what I got myself into 😝 ….and to @jruzbarskymd for getting me back on feet in no time flat. I'm so glad it's finally close to being done! • Chicken Cordon bleu casserole 6-8 Tyson chicken patties, cut into pieces 1-2 cups chopped ham Mix - 8oz cream cheese mixed with 1 stick of butter, tsp salt, 1 Tbsp mustard, 1tsp lemon juice Layer the chicken and ham in a 9x13 dish, pour sauce over and mix all together. Top with 1-2 layers of Swiss cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 350°. Broil on low for 2 minutes to crisp up cheese 😁 Enjoy!!!!
