We depart from the Caine Halter YMCA athletic fields (right off the Trail) at 10am sharp and end at the @swamprabbitcafe just before 11am. Meet us by 10am on bike, and if you need to drive, park in the First Baptist Greenville backlot by the park and trail. At the Cafe, or ‘Swamp’ as we affectionately call it, MBC will host a tire-changing lesson and youth competition and have a youth-led information booth. 1 FINN (5m/o) loves to interact with humans and is working very hard to get over his nippy puppy stage. One of the most fun experiences that we had was going to @swamprabbittrail in @visitgreenvillesc that is a 28 mile multi-use greenway along the Reedy River. This was not only one of the coolest grocery stores with everything from premade meals, hot sandwiches(from @swamprabbitcafe ), fresh produce, coffee but also fresh flowers and bread baked daily. Also since it was our first time there we got a free loaves of bread. I had to try their Chipotle Sweet Potato Salad that was fantastic! If I had more room in our fridge in the hotel I would have gotten more. Outside there were a ton of benches to eat your provisions and even a little play area for the kiddos. Another cool thing that you can do is rent bikes and ride down the trail and on a beautiful day it def gets used. I told myself I wasn’t going to take pics during this particular run but then I saw this family and couldn’t help myself. These three angels are all around 10 y/o and LIVE for food. 1 MOUCH has a neurological disorder so he may get stuck “turtling” sometimes (pic #3) but he doesn’t let that stop him from living life to the fullest. This puppy at heart is always on the go and has a record THREE MILE walk! Thats gotta be like 100 miles for him??? 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 2 ETHEL 🥹 is diabetic which caused the infection/loss of her eye BUT it lead to her finding her new human… the veterinarian from the clinic!
