Ever felt like you're just a supporting character in your own story? That ends today. You see, just like Taylor Swift, we’re declaring this the self-love era. Remember when Taylor released her "Lover" album and told the world she was in a place of self-love and acceptance? That’s where we’re heading. It's all about embracing our quirks, celebrating our individuality, and most importantly, loving ourselves unabashedly. And why not? You’re one-of-a-kind, unique, irreplaceable. So, let's kickstart this day with a pledge to ourselves. Look in the mirror. See that person staring back? That's the person you need to love. Cut yourself some slack. Celebrate your victories, no matter how small. Remember, self-love isn't selfish - it's self-care. Every day, find a reason to love yourself more. Today, it's because you're taking this first step. Just like Taylor, you’re moving into your self-love era. It's not about being perfect, it's about being YOU. And trust me, you are enough. So, step up, own your stage, and love yourself loud and proud. This is your life, your story, your era. No apologies, no regrets, just pure, unadulterated self-love. Remember, love often starts from within. And who knows? This might just be your best era yet. Feeling overwhelmed? We've all been there, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities can be daunting. But what if there was a way to manage your tasks without feeling burned out? Here are 5 strategies to prevent burnout and stay on top of your game. 1. Take Time for Yourself: Prioritize your mental health by setting aside time for relaxation and self-care. Whether it's a quick walk, yoga, reading, or just a quiet moment with a cup of tea, taking a break is essential. 2. Connect with Others: Never underestimate the power of a good conversation. Reaching out to friends, family, or colleagues can provide a much-needed break from stress and reassurance that you're not alone. 3. Prioritize Your Tasks: Organize your tasks and focus on one thing at a time. Overloading yourself will only lead to burnout in the long run. 4. Get Plenty of Sleep: Adequate sleep is key to avoiding burnout. Aim for 7-9 hours each night to ensure you're well-rested and ready to take on the day. 5. Maintain a Healthy Diet: Good nutrition can boost your energy levels and keep you feeling focused. Resist the temptation of fast food and opt for wholesome meals instead. Remember, it's okay to take a break and re-energize. Everyday stress can be managed effectively with the right approach. You're capable of so much, don't let burnout hold you back! . . . #makeselfloveapriority #makeselfcareapriority #restisneeded #takeabreak #takecareofyourself #stressandburnout #gettingtoknowyourself #wellbeingcoaching #burnoutprevention #stressawareness #stressrelievers #restisproductivetoo #restingisnotlazy #prioritizeyourwellness #prioritizerest #prioritizeyourwellbeing #maketimeforyourhealth #selfcarefirst #healthylifehappylife #takethatbreak #selfworthcoachingforwomen #selflovecoachingforwomen #selfcarecoach #theiluvme

Ever feel like self-care is just another chore on your never-ending to-do list? Remember, it's not about adding more tasks but about integrating balance into your life. I used to feel the same until I started time for me. I treat myself to a massage and take the time just to decompress and enjoy it. This simple change helped me start my day on a calm note and reminded me that self-care doesn't always mean doing more. Sometimes, it's about doing less. So, next time you're overwhelmed, remember that self-care is not another task. Ever find yourself saying 'yes' when you really want to say 'no'? It's essential to recognize that setting boundaries is key to maintaining our mental and physical health. Understanding your own boundaries is the first step. This might mean saying no to social engagements when you're already feeling drained or not checking your work emails after a certain time of day. Consider your limits and communicate them clearly. This isn't about being rude or unapproachable; it's about safeguarding your wellbeing. Remember, it's okay to put yourself first. It's okay to say no. It's okay to set boundaries. Setting boundaries can also strengthen your relationships. It prevents resentment and misunderstanding, promoting mutual respect and trust. And remember, boundaries are not walls. They're guidelines for how you want to be treated and what kind of behavior you will tolerate. So, take that deep breath and draw that line. Your mental health will thank you for it! . . . #putyourselffirstalways #emotionalhealth #protectyourenergy #focusonyourself #boundariesarehealthy #setboundariesfindpeace #selfloveisntselfishitsnecessary #takechargeofyourtime #nomoreburnout #prioritizeyourtime #chooseyourselfeveryday #learntosaynowithoutexplainingyourself #learntosaynosometimes #embracingourneeds #bekindtoyourselftoday #validateyourselffirst #mentalhealthwellness #lookafteryourmentalhealth #selflovefocus #intentionalthinkingandfeeling #selfcompassionisselfcare #selflovespecialist #selflovecoachingforwomen #theiluvme #SouthBay #HermosaBeach #Manhanttanbeach #RedondoBeach #RedondoBeachSpeaker #Rondalebeach

Imagine standing in front of a door. A door that leads to the chapter of your life you've been eagerly waiting to write. A door you're about to nudge open and step into. It's exciting, isn't it? Let me share a story with you. I once had a friend, someone like you, standing at the threshold of a new chapter. She was nervous, wondering if she was ready to walk through the door. She had a choice to make: to step away or walk in. She chose to walk in, embracing her fears, her excitement, and the uncertainty all at once. Remember, the most beautiful thing about a new chapter is that it's unwritten. There are abundant opportunities, chances, and experiences waiting for you. It's your time to seize them, to write your own story, and to own your narrative. The new chapter of your life is not something to be afraid of. It's a chance to reset, redefine who you are, grow, and become the person you've always wanted to be. So, take a deep breath, gather your courage, and step forward. This is your moment. This is your time. This is your chapter. And remember, the world doesn't define you - you define yourself. Go ahead. Open that door. Step into the chapter eagerly waiting for you. It's time to leave your mark on the world. It's time to make your dreams come true. Make every moment count because nothing is more exciting than the thrill of a new beginning. So, are you ready to walk into the chapter of your life you've been waiting for? . . . . #embracingyourfears #unwrittenchapter #lifeasastory #embracethejourneyoflife #createyourmasterpiece #couragetocreatechange #quotd #journeyofselfdiscover #BelieveInYourStory #resilientheart #dreamcrafting #authorofyourdestiny #motivationalquote #ᴏᴡɴʏᴏᴜʀᴊᴏᴜʀɴᴇʏ #iluvme #iluvmemindset #selflovespeaker #selflovecoaching #selfcarecoachingforwomen #selfcarespeaker #coachingselfcare #selflovespecialist #teacherofselflove #iluvmemovement #theiluvme #SouthBay #motivationalquotewednesday :

Can you stand on one foot without losing your equilibrium? Balance is not only physical but also mental and emotional. In 2024, my word of the year is "Balance" and I encourage you to join me on this journey. Balance, in all areas of life, is crucial. As the renowned poet Rumi once said, “Life is a balance of holding on and letting go.” Making time for work, but also for relaxation; pursuing personal growth, while still appreciating where you are at this very moment; giving, but not forgetting to receive – all these are key to maintaining a harmonious life. While it is exciting to chase after our dreams, it's also important to pause and breathe. Self-care is not an act of indulgence, it is an act of self-respect. Remember that it's okay to say 'no' if it means preserving your inner peace. It's okay if your 'to-do' list doesn't get fully crossed off. Your worth is not measured by your productivity. Balance also means embracing all parts of yourself – the good, the bad, and the messy. Accepting our imperfections makes us more human, more relatable. As we step into this New Year, let's strive to find that balance - to celebrate our achievements while also recognizing our struggles, to be kind to others but also to ourselves. 2024 is the year we find balance and harmony in all aspects of our lives. Join me in making "Balance" the mantra for the year. Here's to a year of positive energy, growth, and most importantly, balance! . . . #begentlewithyourself #giveyourselfgrace #giveyourselfabreak #paceyourself #gentlejanuary #purposedriven #wordoftheyear #newyearfeels #newyearvibes #balanceandharmony #findingbalance #prioritizeyou #mindbodysoulconnection #dailywellnessroutine #timeformyself #selfdiscoveryjourney #selfworthjourney #selfgrowthanddevelopment #mindfulchoicesdaily #empoweredlivingnow #womenempoweringwomen #selfcareisntselfish #putyourselffirstalways #selfreflectiontime #intentionallivingdaily #teacherofselflove #iluvmemovement #selfcarecoachingforwomen #theiluvme #SouthBay

Ever felt like you're just running on autopilot? Life can become so fast-paced and hectic that we often forget to live in the present moment. It's all about the meetings, the deadlines, the chores, and less about feeling the wind in our hair, the warmth of the sun, or simply savoring our morning coffee. It's time to change that with mindfulness! "Mindfulness means being awake. It means knowing what you are doing." - Jon Kabat-Zinn. Mindfulness is the simple act of focusing on the present, instead of worrying about the past or the future. It's the gentle effort to be continuously present with experience. When you're drinking your morning coffee tomorrow, I challenge you to take a moment. Close your eyes, feel the warmth of the mug against your hands, smell the aroma of the coffee, take a gentle sip, savor the flavor. Take deep, calming breaths. Listen to the sounds around you. Notice the thoughts that come to your mind, let them be, without judgment. Mindfulness is not some grand gesture. It's the tiny moments of stillness, of awareness, that we bring into our everyday life. Remember, as Lao Tzu famously said, "If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are at peace, you are living in the present." So, let's start living in the present! One mindful moment at a time. . . . #mindfulnessmoments #mindfullnessquote #bepresentinyourlife #bepresentreminder #bepresentpractice #tinymomentsofslow #tinymomentsofcalm #tinymomentsofpeace #onemindfulmomentatatime #selfcompassionmatters #selfloveisnotselfishitsnecessary #selflovematterstoo #selfloveisimportant #coachingselfcare #selflovespecialist #teacherofselflove #iluvmemovement #selfcarecoachingforwomen #theiluvme #SouthBay #HermosaBeach #Manhanttanbeach #RedondoBeach #Rondalebeach #Carsonbeach

Hi iLUVme! Are you ready to embark on a 3-day journey of self-care and personal growth with me? Each day, I'll be sharing one activity that will help us nurture our mind, body, and soul. Today, let's start by taking just 15 minutes for ourselves. In our fast-paced lives, it's crucial to carve out time to recharge and refocus. So, find a cozy spot, light a scented candle, and let's dive into self-care mode! Day 1 Activity: Daily Devotion It's time to connect with our spiritual side and bring inner calmness into our lives. Whether you follow a particular religion or not, dedicating a few moments to reflect and find peace within can truly work wonders. During these 15 minutes, you can read a passage from a sacred text (for me its the Bible), recite affirmations, or simply sit in silence and connect with your higher self. Find what resonates with you and let your heart guide you. Remember, this isn't about perfection or achieving a level of spirituality. It's about finding solace, tranquility, and grounding in the present moment. So, grab a journal or a cozy blanket, find a peaceful corner, and let's dive into our daily devotion practice together. Feel free to share your experience in the comments below and let me know how this practice made you feel. Don't forget to tag me and use the #DailyDevotion hashtag so I can cheer you on throughout this journey! Tomorrow, we'll continue our self-care adventure with another amazing activity. Stay tuned and enjoy this beautiful journey of self-discovery! . . . . #selfcareandpersonalgrowth #carveouttimeforreflection #dailydevotionalreading #reciteaffirmations #connectwithyourhigherself #selfcareadventure #selfcareisimportantcare #prioritizeyourwellbeing #maketimeforyourhealth #takecareofyourphysicalhealth #maketimeforrelaxation #maketimeforselfcare #dosomethingjustforyou #selfloveisnotselfishitsnecessary #selflovematterstoo #selfloveisimportant #coachingselfcare #selflovespecialist #teacherofselflove #iluvmemovement #selfcarecoachingforwomen #theiluvme #SouthBay  #Hermosa Beach #Manhanttanbeach #Redondobeach #Rondalebeach #Carsonbeach

🌟 The secret to practicing self-compassion 🌟 In moments of stress, anxiety, embarrassment, or disappointment, we often forget to extend the same kindness to ourselves that we readily offer to others. But what if we could change that? Today, I want to share with you a powerful tool that has greatly impacted my own self-compassion journey: the five-word question that can shift our mindset and healing process. Are you ready? "What do I need now?" In moments when life throws us off balance, it's easy to get lost in self-criticism, blame, or overwhelm ourselves with negative thoughts. But in asking ourselves this simple question, we activate our self-compassion superpower. Instead of beating ourselves up, we pause and ask what we truly need at that moment. Perhaps it's a moment of solitude, a comforting conversation with a loved one, a deep breath, or simply a gentle reminder that it's okay not to be okay. Whatever it may be, acknowledging our needs is the gateway to offering ourselves the understanding and love we deserve. Remember, dear friends, that self-compassion is not selfishness or self-indulgence. It is a way of nurturing and caring for ourselves, just as we would for a dear friend in need. So the next time you find yourself in a moment of stress, anxiety, embarrassment, or disappointment, take a deep breath, and ask yourself, "What do I need now?" Trust yourself to find the answer, and give yourself the permission to meet that need. Let's cultivate a loving relationship with ourselves, moment by moment, day by day. Remember, you are worthy of your own love and compassion. You deserve it, always! . . . . #SelfCompassion #SelfCompassionJourney #whatdoineednow #selfreflectiontime #selfcompassionpower #selfcompassionpractice #acknowledgeyourneeds #selfcompassionisnotselfish #selfcompassioniskey #LoveYourself #NurtureYourSoul #GentleReminders #SelfCare #WhatDoINeedNow #SelfLove #InnerPeace #Mindfulness #Healing #BeKindToYourself #selfworthcoachingforwomen #selflovecoach #selfcarecoachforwomen #theiluvme

✨ Reflections of Time Travel ✨ Dear Younger Me, Throwing it back to the past with some words of wisdom! If I could hop into a time machine and share some advice with my younger self, here's what I would say: 1️⃣ Don't be afraid to take risks: Life is too short to always play it safe. Embrace those opportunities that come your way, even if they seem scary at first. 2️⃣ Embrace your uniqueness: You are one of a kind, my friend! Don't waste time trying to fit into molds created by others. Celebrate your quirks, your passions, and everything that makes you who you are. 3️⃣ . Failure is a lesson, not the end: Don't let fear of failure hold you back. Every setback you encounter is an opportunity for growth and learning. Embrace these moments, dust yourself off, and come back stronger than ever. 4️⃣ Cherish your loved ones: Life moves fast, and people come and go. Make sure you take the time to appreciate and cherish the special people in your life. Show them love, kindness, and support every chance you get. Surrounding yourself with positive relationships will bring so much joy and fulfillment. 5️⃣ Take care of yourself: It's easy to get caught up in the chaos of life and neglect self-care. Remember, you can't pour from an empty cup! Prioritize your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. 6️⃣ Trust the journey: Life is a rollercoaster ride with many twists and turns. Don't get too caught up in trying to control everything. Trust that everything happens for a reason and that things will work out as they are meant to. 💭 So there you have it, my younger self! Keep these lessons in mind as you navigate the journey ahead! . . . . #myyoungerself #DontBeAfraidToTakeRisks #embraceyouruniqueways #authenticityisyoursuperpower #failureisalesson #failureisalessonnotdefeat #dontletfearoffailureholdyouback #successfollowsfailure #cherishyourlovedonesalways #takecareofyourselftoo #prioritizeyourphysicalwellbeing #prioritizeyourmentalwellbeing #prioritizeyouremotionalhealth #thingswillworkoutastheyshould #progressisprogressnomatterhowsmall #selflovejourney #selfworthcoachingforwomen #selflovecoach #selfcarecoachforwomen #theiluvme

💛Self-love is a journey, not a destination! I've realized that self-love is neither constant nor permanent, and that's okay! It's normal to have moments when self-doubt creeps in or when we feel less confident. Our emotions are ever-changing, and so is our relationship with ourselves. Some days, we may radiate self-love and embrace our flaws with grace. We feel on top of the world, embracing and celebrating our uniqueness. But other days, we might grapple with insecurities, uncertainties, and negative thoughts that try to bring us down. So, let's remember that self-love is not about being happy with every single part of ourselves all the time. It's about accepting the highs and lows, allowing ourselves to feel vulnerable, and showing compassion during our moments of struggle. No matter where you are in your self-love journey today, remember that it's okay to have bad days, and it's okay to struggle. Remember to practice self-care, surround yourself with positive influences, and give yourself the love and compassion you deserve. Embrace the ebb and flow of self-love, and know it's a continuous process. It's about accepting that some days, we may need a little more self-care, and that's okay too. Remember to be patient with yourself and trust that you are strong enough to overcome any obstacles that come your way. Never forget: you are deserving of love and kindness, both from others and yourself. Embrace the imperfections, learn from the challenges, and keep walking this beautiful path of self-love. You are an amazing work in progress! . . . . #SelfLoveJourney #EmbraceTheJourney #LoveYourself #SelfCare #SelfAcceptance #BeKindToYourself #YouAreEnough #mentalhealth #worthy #enough #growth #healing #journey #selfworth #mentalhealthsupport #youmatter #healingjourney #selflovejourney #selfgrowthjourney #begentle #mentalwellness #emotionalwellness #chooseyou #mentalhealthjourney #selflovejourney #selfworthcoachingforwomen #selflovecoach #selfcarecoachforwomen #theiluvme

🌟 The Truth About Self Love 🌟 Today, I wanted to have a candid conversation about something that's been on my mind a lot lately First, let's get real. Self-love is not always about bubble baths and affirmations. It's about accepting our flaws, embracing our imperfections, and loving ourselves fiercely. It's a journey that varies for each of us, but oh boy, is it worth it! Remember, self-love is not selfish. It's necessary. It's about setting boundaries and saying no when necessary to protect our peace and mental well-being. It's about prioritizing ourselves without guilt because we know we deserve that same love and care we effortlessly pour into others. 🙌🏼 Let's also debunk the myth that self-love means never having a bad day or negative thoughts. That's not true. We're all human! And it's okay to have moments of self-doubt or feel down sometimes. It's how we respond to them that truly matters. It’s okay to not be okay!❤️ I would love to hear your thoughts! . . . . #thetruthaboutselflove #selfloveisnotselfish #selfloveisnecessary #selfcareisessentialcare #itstartswithselfcare #boundariesarehealthy #setboundariesfindpeace #embracingourneeds #bekindtoyourselftoday #mentalhealthwellness #lookafteryourmentalhealth #makeselfloveapriority #makeselfcareapriority #prioritizeyourwellness #prioritizerest #prioritizeyourwellbeing #maketimeforyourhealth #itsokaynottobeokay #selfworthcoachingforwomen #selflovecoachingforwomen #selfcarecoach #theiluvme

Are you too hard on yourself?🤔 When it comes to self-criticism, we are often our own harshest critics. We tend to be hard on ourselves, focusing on our flaws and shortcomings rather than our strengths and accomplishments. However, shifting our perspective and trying a kinder approach can significantly impact our mental health and well-being. Instead of beating yourself up over mistakes or perceived failures, try to reframe your inner dialogue with self-compassionate language. By acknowledging and accepting your imperfections, you can develop greater self-awareness and self-love. So next time you feel yourself slipping into self-doubt, take a deep breath and say, "It's okay, nobody's perfect, and I am doing the best I can." It may be difficult at first, but self-kindness can become an empowering habit with practice. I encourage you to try it!! . . . . #beinghardonyourself #harshestcritic #hardonourselves #shiftingperspective #focusonstrenghts #focusonstrenght #focusonaccomplishments #focusonaccomplishing #focusonaccomplishment #focusonaccomplishmentsnotfaults #focusonstrenghtnotweaknesses #selfworthfirstselfworthiseverything #selfcompassionate #selfcompassionatejourney #acceptimperfections #acceptimperfection #greaterselfawareness #greaterselflove #selfdoubtbegone #selfdoubthelp #teacherofselflove #iluvmemovement #selflovecoachingforwomen #selfworthcoachingforwomen #selfcarecoachingforwomen #theiluvme

The Mid Year Slump is a common phenomenon that many of us face as we reach the halfway point of the year. At this point, motivation levels may drop, enthusiasm may wane, and our goals may start to seem further away than ever. For women who are already struggling with self-worth and confidence issues, the Mid Year Slump can be even more challenging. It can be difficult to stay focused on personal growth when we feel like we're not making progress or achieving the results we hoped for. However, it's important to remember that this is a natural part of the journey towards self-improvement. Every journey has its ups and downs, and setbacks are just temporary obstacles that can be overcome. To start getting through the Mid Year Slump, it's essential to take a step back and evaluate where things stand. Reflect on the progress you've made so far and ask yourself what's working and what's not. This introspection can help you refocus on your goals and come up with new strategies for moving forward. It's also important to remember that self-care is critical during this time. Taking time to relax, recharge, and do things that make you happy can help you regain your motivation and energy. Finally, don't forget to lean on your support system. Friends, family, or a supportive community can be valuable sources of encouragement during tough times. The Mid Year Slump can be a challenging time, but it's important to remember that setbacks are just temporary. By taking a step back, reflecting on progress, focusing on self-care, and relying on our support systems, we can overcome this obstacle and continue on the path towards self-worth and confidence. . . . . #midyearslump #strugglewithselfworth #reflectonprogress #selfreflectiontime #reflectionprogress #taketimetorelaxandrecharge #dothingsthatmakesyouhappy #regainyourmotivation #regainyourenergy #leanonyoursupportsystem #pathofselfworth #dothingsforyourself #selfloveiskey #dontwaitforapproval #happymindhappylife #selflovecoach #worthinessmindset #liveyourlifestory #selflovealwaysfirst #youareworthyofselflove #selfworthjourney #selfworthcoachingforwomen #selflovecoachingforwomen #theiluvme

Do you know the difference between a vision board and a bullet journal? It is the same thing! Both work great! It all depends on what kind of person you are. I like visuals(photos, pictures), it just helps me when I actually see it! I put it on a wall and walk past it every day. I know people who prefer just writing it down & that's what works for them! Sitting down and making bullet points of all their goals. You need to find what works for you! This is such a popular quote. I have used it before & will keep using it!! It is such a strong not just a quote but a statement. When you have a goal or a dream that you want to achieve , self doubt is usually the first thing that creeps in. Now let me tell you it's time to get out of the mindset of can I really do it? You need to change your mindset to be able to achieve what you want to achieve. Easier said than done , I am right? It's so important to remove all the negative thoughts you might have. Instead of saying... I can't do it...say ➡️ I can do it! I am not able to to do it...say ➡️ I am able to do it! What is one positive thing you tell yourself to get into the right mindset? . . . . #theiluvme #theiluvmemovent #mindsetquotes #mindsetchange #shebelievedshecouldsoshedid #mindsetmotivation #thursdaythoughts #itsallinthemind #beconfident #beyourbestself #mindsetcoaching #affirmations #growth #healing #loveyourself #empoweringmoms #empoweredwomen
