Welcome to the jungle recap! - Round 1 felt like a normal round at coggshall with the usual battling myself with a birdie bogey combo and a lot of pars sprinkled in between! Would have liked to put myself in a better spot going into round 2 but I wasn’t mad at all where I was in the field! - Round 2.. I felt like I couldn’t get anything to click for me and tried to battle through the best I could but it was definitely a rough round. I felt like I made a good disc selection but just didn’t commit to my angles or lines. I was pretty down on myself when I saw that I was tied 46th and didn’t have a great chance to hit my goal of top 20. - Round 3… I set a goal of bogey free -6 to hopefully get myself somewhere near the cash line. When I got out on the course I felt like I was hitting lines well and the putting felt easy, it was by far the best tournament round I’ve ever had and the rating reflects that, my first 1000+ rated round of my career! I took a bogey but still got myself to -7 and I couldn’t be more proud of myself for battling back to the cash and tying 26th out of 68, moving up 20 spots from where I started - Big thanks to @discgolf978 for being the best store and the best disc golf family out there! 🤘 4 shows in 4 days in 4 cities ☠️ We can't thank our pals in @jumptribute for having us on their first ever tour of Australia, with Sydney selling out and the other shows with some massive crowds.
