In week 25 of this pregnancy and somehow it has gone super fast but also seems like I’ve been pregnant forever. As I get older and more in tune with who I am, I find myself just really really grateful for the life I have and the people in it. I’d say I dreamed of this life, but I didn’t. I had NO Idea the life I would end up with after all the tough stuff I went through in my late 20s and early thirties…but I don’t even think I could have dreamt up this kind of life if I tried 🤍 So thankful to be in this place of being home, present, everything my kids need from me, to be creating life again, have an amazing marriage, helping people in all the ways I get to…. Just so so so thankful. Rounding out my last couple days at age 35 and I just feel like everything is as it’s always been meant to be. So if you’re going through the hard shit. Just know, years from now, everything you never even knew you needed, is waiting for you. 19 weeks & really bumpin now! Feeling the little wiggle butt move a little bit finally when I finally sit or lay down for the day 🥰. I feel like I cursed myself a little bit last week when people asked how I was feeling…and I was like “so good! It’s amazing to not be nauseous and nothing hurts yet, just enjoying second trimester bliss”….then I got the worst sickness of my life in the form of a literally dreadful sinus infection & double ear infection, that literally almost ended me, that I am now on day 10 of and only just starting to feel slightly better. We have our anatomy scan coming up on 2/22 & are (shocking to most) still team “green” and will be til the end! This has translated to me preparing just about nothing and we are about halfway to baby’s due date 🤣🤷🏼♀️ very very unlike me but whatever! We have a big basement reno to do & lots to get done there so I am going to focus my energy on that and getting all the current kids situated and see how long I can occupy myself there. 😄 Fingers crossed for a smooth, (healthy!!!!)2nd half of this pregnancy that is just flying by!
