White Dot Solidarity Network aims to support young leaders from marginalized communities and strengthen youth collectives across the region. One of the key ways we do this is by providing needs based capacity building. The founders of the network, realized through their own experience that existing resources and support structures built for young leaders have not been accessible to those coming from the margins. Organizations have most often assumed certain capacity, language proficiency, educational qualifications and exposure as features of successful youth leadership and incorporated these as selection criteria for opportunities. Thus leading to a situation, where a big section of youth have found themselves deprived of these resources. So White Dot Solidarity Network works to fill this gap, by providing high quality, accessible and inclusive capacity building programmes that are designed to respond to the needs of our members and partners. These include practical skills and information surrounding research, digital security, laws, fundraising, communications, reporting and more. We emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation in accordance with the Labor Agreement signed during the visit of HH Amir of Qatar to Uzbekistan in June 2023.
