👉O Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) aprovou novas regras para o uso de inteligência artificial (IA) na propaganda eleitoral das Eleições Municipais de 2024. As alterações, feitas em 12 resoluções relatadas pela vice-presidente Cármen Lúcia, incluem a proibição de deepfakes, obrigação de aviso sobre o uso de IA, restrição do uso de robôs para contato com eleitores, e responsabilização de empresas que não removam conteúdos prejudiciais. ⚠Essas mudanças visam coibir a desinformação e as fake news durante o processo eleitoral. Se constatado o uso de conteúdo manipulado para difundir informações falsas, a cassação do registro ou do mandato pode ocorrer, conforme o Código Eleitoral. Além disso, provedores de internet e plataformas digitais serão responsabilizados por conteúdos prejudiciais não removidos imediatamente. Segundo o presidente do TSE, Alexandre de Moraes, as resoluções representam um avanço significativo no combate à desinformação e ao uso indevido da inteligência artificial.
