Clinical hypnotherapy - Online session 🍃 In this workshop, you will learn how to reframe your thought patterns, helping you to cope with whatever is on your mind in a more beneficial manner. You will be guided through some gentle relaxation techniques. As with many types of complementary therapy, hypnotherapy can be used to help promote relaxation and cope with some of the symptoms of cancer and cancer treatment.
