I don’t think people who don’t suffer with a chronic condition or mental health condition or any disability you can’t see emotionally feel sometimes. Or maybe they haven’t come across the conditions. So they find it hard to believe that these conditions like fibromyalgia, CFS, BPD exist. Because people can’t see it. People assume your just lazy or your just not pushing yourself. But the feeling of having a condition that takes over your life. (Literally !)Stops you doing normal day to day things you should be able to do ! Having to make sure you don’t plan to much in case you have to cancel. Or pushing your self doing something that is so simple for normal fit active people. To having to pay the price after doing so. Ending up in bed for days. Also dreading the after mass of just doing something. Normal or easy for most. But sometimes you just have to push yourself and not let these conditions win. The most frustrating thing is there is no cure. It’s simply a case of trying to 'manage' life with these conditions. Most people have to work so hard to mentally have to get them selves in to a positive place. It's getting to the point where I can use my right arm very little. Any movement, even something as minor as slightly adjusting my position, can cause my shoulder to dislocate. Reaching up, over, and down is extremely difficult. Pulling the car door closed feels like an impossible task. Receptive motions, like petting the dogs, can only really be done with my left hand. Holding my phone in my right hand, unless it's propped on something, isn't something I can do. The muscle spasms have become more frequent, which creates a whole other list of problems. There is so much that my right shoulder instability limits me with. And it's only getting worse with time. After one of the worst pain nights in a while, where I couldn't even lift my arm to put my shoulder pillow under it (Andy had to lift it for me) I knew I needed to get in with my chiropractor for any amount of relief. I managed to see the chiropractor today, but even he had trouble adjusting my right shoulder back in place while needing more and more time to loosen the surrounding muscles. Unfortunately, with how angry the soft tissues are, my shoulder already popped back out. I can't wait for my health insurance coverage to start on June 1 so I can be adjusted more often and utilize alternate therapies like massage to help relieve my joint instability and muscle tension. Even then, I know surgery is my only real chance at long-term shoulder stability. It feels weird to say I'm looking forward to surgery, but being able to lessen any of the pain I have to endure on a daily basis would be life changing. My right shoulder reconstruction surgery is scheduled for June 19th. Has this happened to you?? 😤 I’d love to hear your story in the comments. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard this story. It honestly astonishes me how doctors either try to dissuade you, or flat out refuse to draw the labs, even if your insurance is covering it! Why is this happening? I don’t know all the answers but I can see how labs would feel like a waste of time when you (as the doctor) know you’re just going to recommend the patient take the pill, or take thyroid hormone replacement with no other qs asked. 😵‍💫 Your run of the mill OBGYN does not have the time nor tools to investigate why you’re feeling like sh!+ and if they run labs and don’t have answers for you that’s only a pain in their side. Did you know, even beautiful rooms that appear to be CLEAN can still have hidden mold!? 🦠 Can you see any evidence of mold, or water damage? No? Me either… 🤷‍♀️ Which is exactly why it is SO important to have your home professionally inspected for mold IF your health is affected and you suspect mold could be the cause. In my recently renovated kitchen, there was a high count of #aspergillus found in the wall cavity under the kitchen sink 😱 we suspect this occurred because an exterior sprinkler was watering the house for years, before we even moved in… there is no plumbing issue!! C'est vrai que si on s'attache à la culpabilité cette phrase ne pourra pas nous aider. Pire elle nous fera culpabiliser et nous rendra vulnérable. Cependant si on sort de cette culpabilité, de l'ego, que nous avons tous en tant que parents. Et que nous, regardons la phrase de plus haut, alors elle prend tout son sens. Vos enfants sauront exactement où toucher pour vous faire évoluer. C'est un des meilleurs baromètre de l'humeur ou de la relation conflictuelle qui s'installe. Un parent stressé, énervé ou fatigué aura moins de patience et d'énergie et s'il s'énerve fort ou crie alors l'enfant intégrera cela et le schéma se répétera... Quand le parent est plus calme ou trouve les ressources pour garder son calme, et prendre en considération ce qui se joue devant lui, alors l'enfant est aussi plus enclin à participer à la demande ou à l'échange sans conflits malgré le désaccord. Maintenant vous allez me dire : "tu es bien gentille Célia mais il y a la théorie et la pratique". Je suis la première à oublier ça. A ne pas le mettre en pratique. Ici l'essentiel chers Parents, c'est de prendre conscience que la meilleure façon d'évoluer et de cheminer en tant que parents, c'est d'aller soi même travailler sur son agilité émotionnelle. Et ou de trouver des stratégies d'apaisement pour affronter les quotidiens toujours plus stressants. On ne nous a jamais appris à faire face aux émotions. On a le droit d'être à bout, on a le droit d'être en colère. D'être frustrés, triste etc autant que nos enfants. Mais comment voudrions nous montrer l'expression de ces émotions ? ●Les enfants apprennent par imitation Les enfants cherchent du lien, du réconfort, de la stabilité, de la cohérence, de l'amour et du cadre sécurisant. Il va s'en dire que tout ce package n'est pas évident à mettre en place face au train quotidien : le STRESS. Alors pensez à travailler en amont sur ce stress, à s'arrêter dans l'instant T par moment. Et à prendre du recul sur les situations. Et à juste vous dire : "JE FAIS DE MON MIEUX, C'EST PAS FACILE MAIS JE VAIS REGARDER CE QUI SE JOUE DERRIERE MON ENERVEMENT, MON STRESS, MON EMOTION DU MOMENT" et voir comment je surmonte ça.

Nintendo switch games, I haven't played the cooking simulator yet but I got it for just over £1 on the Nintendo store. I am really into Palia, if you would like to join up with me, message me and maybe could help out. Two point hospital, is a progress game for me. The game is just as good as the PS4/5 version on the switch. Surviving the aftermath, I have played this a lot when it came out. I still get stuck and find it tough on the simple setting. Before I finally had more energy to do the things I enjoy, life was chaotic with working full-time, walking to a from work for 30 minutes each way and not having time to cook so living off of junk food and ready meals. 🍪 I mean who has the time and energy to navigate all of that and commit to it?... At least that was my old belief, and it was holding me back for the longest time. 🥱 So I would keep pushing through and drink tea and coffee to keep going. ☕ But all that did was cause me to not sleep brilliantly, and wake up tired in the morning. 😞 Until one day, I collapsed at work and had no energy to stand up let alone work. I had to stop work and became housebound. I was sick of staying where I was and not moving forward! Old thinking only led to the same poor results which caused me to feel like I was caught in a never ending cycle of being exhausted and in pain, with insane brain fog and feeling so dizzy and weak.. I'm so tired (literally) of condescending doctors dismissing women's concerns.⁠ ⁠ Fatigue is a common symptom of many conditions and if you're complaining that the level of tired you're experiencing isn't within "your normal" then you deserve to have a provider who investigates why. ⁠ ⁠ Do you know how often a diagnosis is missed because instead of doing their job a doctor dismissively says:⁠ "It's normal to be tired at your age."⁠ "Of course you're tired, you're a mom."⁠ "You probably should just drink more water."⁠ "Just get more sleep."⁠ ⁠ Especially when they never once asked about sleep habits or water intake. ⁠ ⁠ I had a patient come to me recently who had made a visit previously with a doctor who has a large following on social media. She said to me, "I don't know why I believed him when he said he was different to his patients. He was just as condescending and belittling to me in person as he is to people on social media."⁠ ⁠ So how do you find a good doctor?⁠ - Ask a friend and get the details on their experience.⁠ - Interview the doctor or know that the first few visits are just a trial with them.⁠ - Ask a doctor/ provider who you like and trust who they see or would refer you to.⁠ - Consider seeing a midwife, NP, PA, or other type of provider to expand your options. It doesn't always need to be a doctor.⁠ - If someone is building their social media platform by dragging and belittling others, ya got the info you need.⁠ ⁠ The bottom line: you deserve to have your concerns taken seriously.⁠

Jour 5, une marche un peu en mode zombies, j’avoue…je sais pourquoi les zombies marchent bizarrement dans walking dead, c’est parce qu’ils ont mal aux pieds du fait de marcher sans cesse 🤣) J’ai eu chaud le temps qu’il ait fait gris tout du long (ça voit sur les photos) et il a même pleuviné sur les derniers km… Au programme ce soir: Un bon dîner ce soir confectionné par mon hôte et un gros dodo pour la dernière demain 💪🏻 Je vous embrasse 😘 #trekking #trekking #zombie #fatigue #préhy #chablis #carsey #randonnée #nature #vignes
