Happy #nationalcoffeeday To celebrate the joys of this glorious beverage I wanted to share with you some interesting coffees I enjoyed while on holiday in Florida for the last 16 days. First I wanted to say that this is the most consistent coffee usage I've had in probably about a year as I had to come off caffeine pretty much entirely due to a flare up of what is probably Menieres Disease at the end of last year into the beginning of this which resulted in extreme vertigo, deafness, sound sensitivity and all sorts of horrible stuff. Thankfully the expensive coffee maker I'd LITERALLY JUST BOUGHT at the time was still able to be utilised thanks to the sensational decaf beans from @thomsonscoffee. Anyway... here's the run down of the coffees we had... Normally I don't go for the weird cream topped things but while in Disney I had to sample the park specific specials on offer from Joffreys Coffee... 1. Cinnabons Cinnamon Bun cold brew... amazing 2. The first Joffreys coffee was from Hollywood Studios... Pumpkin Spiced cold brew with a vanilla foam that literally tasted like ice cream #BasicBitch 3. My star coffee of the holida was the Starbucks Apple Crisp Shaken Esprsso cold brew... Autumn in a cup and I'd be in heaven if @starbucksuk released it in the UK 4. Pumpkin Spiced Cold Brew which we also have here I think? Really tasty but in the Apple Crisps shadow 5. Starbucks canned Nitro Cold Brew... Not too bad but, honestly, @jimmysicedcoffee is so much better 6. Dunkin Doughnuts bottled French Vanilla... not great 7. Starbucks Nitro Mocha... Not good... 8. Joffreys Round Em Up is the Toy Story inspired coffee flavoured with cookie butter and caramel... was kinda good 9. The Cold Brew Black Caf from the Star Wars world at Disney... Just a cold brew with a lovely foam then topped with Cocoa Puffs... For some reason... not bad but a little overrated 10. Finally from OG Disney World the Joffreys S'Mores Coffee... it was ok but lost its shine a little from the miserable woman serving it after having waited quite a while to get it. One of my favorite coffees on property! The Barcelona Lounge at Coronado Springs is one of the best cafes in Disney World. It’s a bit unassuming but the menu is great. Personally, I like to get a Gibraltar with Oat Milk and a croissant but they also have Cortados and hot sandwiches that are delicious. The lounge area is also full of hidden mickeys and fun Disney touches. In the evening, they serve alcoholic drinks as well. Make sure to save this for your next WDW trip!

RAGLAN ROAD TRIP!!! Hey guys it’s your food host Ally and me, Evan and Nikko went out to good ol’ Disney Springs to test out our #luckoftheIrish ! We started with a Guinness, Arthur’s old fashioned, and I had a Strawberry Fields Mimosa! The mixed drinks and the whisky are slightly on the pricey side at 14-17 a piece! But they have beer flights for $10 if trying Irish beers is on your to do list! My mimosa was really delicious and I give it a 7 out of 10! “Big Boi” Evan’s Old fashioned left a little to be desired as it was a little to strong and not flavorful as he likes his whiskeys and bourbon, however the Guinness cured bacon garnish was absolutely amazing and saved the drink!! Appetizers! Evan got the “Pull Out the Boxty” for his meal! The Boxty is a crisp potato square that’s soft on the inside, it’s served upon pulled ham as well as onions and served with some potato and green garnishes. He really enjoyed this $16 app and says it eared 7.5 four leaf clovers 🍀 out of 10 🍀! Personally I thought it was a little too potato forward and was missing some of the sauce and spice profiles I was looking for. Add some S&P and you’re looking at a better app. Entrees! I #treatedmyself to the “Let There Be No Rush Pork” (pictures 1 and two) and I gotta admit, I was pleasantly surprised! For $28 (slightly on the steeper side of of the menu), you get a large portion of super tender (like no knife needed!) pork atop delicious mash and some cabbage. The cabbage was well prepared and didn’t have any of the sulfurous scent that cabbage has - it was crisp and delicious. There were sweet potat as garnish and the roasting liquids were so good!! 8/10! This is a hit, I want to try their beef too!! Finally, the moment you’ve been waiting for… BANGERS AND MASH!! This classic Irish dish was well prepared and very tasty. The two juicy sausages were very flavorful and they were served on yummy potatoes. Hi y’all! I’m Evan your “Big Boi Food” expert and I’m here to talk about my favorite type of Disney snack- Pretzels 🥨 I accidentally discovered this one at Disney Spring’s Polite Pig. Typically I go to Polite Pig for amazing BBQ or even one of their famous Bourbon Flights, but I couldn’t resist the new “hop salt pretzel.” It came with beer cheese fondu and an IPA mustard dip. It was a large soft pretzel with just the right ratio of flaky salt. The beer cheese fondu was super tangy and it did really well with the pretzel. But my favorite part about it was the IPA mustard dip!!!! It wasn’t bitter like IPA dips I’ve had before. It was the wow factor and complimented every bit of the pretzel. Both dips were made in house and really unique. I would definitely give this dish 8.9 Flying Pigs out of 10!!!! $10 for the pretzel, includes dips.
