Head inside to the Kernel Kitchen stand at the back of the shop, where you can customize your own bowl of popcorn by choosing from a range of popcorns, candies, and syrups. Pricing varies based on how many toppings you get and if you try the seasonal offering, like this Spring Popcorn Mix. The limited-time Spring Popcorn Mix costs $15.99 and comes with caramel popcorn layered with M&M’s milk chocolate candies, crushed vanilla cookies, mini marshmallows, and a yellow and white chocolate drizzle. While on the pricier side for a snack, you definitely get a lot for the price. The Spring Popcorn Mix was really good and lasted us several days. That said, it can go stale quickly, so you should probably eat it somewhat fast. Overall, I enjoyed this and being able to create your own popcorn mix is fun. It’s certainly on the sweeter side, so if that’s not your thing, you may want to avoid.
