Yall, I’m not feeling it today. I think I’m in an adrenaline shut down. I was so hyper focused yesterday on getting tickets to D23 I couldn’t do anything before hand and after I was finished my brain just stopped wanting to process anything else. Today I’m exhausted like I didn’t sleep at all. This is executive dysfunction. It means it’s hard for me to initiate tasks and if anything is going to be different in my life, I almost always need a second person there to reassure me or tell me what to do. On top of just needing tons of notice about anything so I can be fully prepared. I can’t do spontaneous well. I’m designed to be a worker bee while others are the leaders. I have no problem with that. It’s how I get most things done. It’s been hard for my husband to figure out that’s it’s okay to point out that something needs dusting, because I won’t initiate said dusting until it’s mentioned. Now, this doesn’t meant I just do what I’m told or am easily fooled like a silly oyster. No, there is a difference between being helped and being taken advantage of. The people who have decided I’m a keeper are nothing like the Walrus and the Carpenter. Instead, they are caring and patient and know that I NEED them with me to thrive. I’m grateful for them. I’m spending my down day in this ultra soft and ultra fun tee from @fairytalewishdesigns and some soft stretchy pajama pants today because I just want to be comfortable and feel calm. FEW UPDATES! Read Disneyland updates below 1/23 - 1/29 Sorry for the inactivity everyone, we were taking a few days off for some self care time 🤍 Disneyland had a very busy weekend! We were there Friday and Sunday and it was packed. The virtual queue for Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway went quick, along with the individual purchase of a lightning lane. This was priced at $20 per person all weekend. However yes with a lightning lane you do get to skip the 2 hr line, but you will be missing this fun interactive queue. So do keep that in mind, this is for people who would enjoy immediate boarding. Wondrous Journeys with fireworks made it’s debut this weekend showing fireworks Friday-Sunday. This show has to be my favorite show yet! We sat in front of the castle front row for 6 hours to guarantee the best spot on Friday evening and it was totally worth every minute! Full video of wondrous journeys coming soon!!! Heads up this show will only feature projections on weekdays, Monday - Thursday! The park slowly had decorations popping up throughout this past week however we saw all the final touches on Friday and it did not disappoint.
