Gerne lade ich euch auf eine kurze Reise ein und betrachte heute die Identität eines Unternehmens - und mit ihr die Marke. Ein Kaffee und exklusive Kuchenstücke in einem traditionellen Kaffeehaus. Ja, gerne. Mit dem Eintritt ins Kaffeehaus eröffnet sich eine edle und aus den Zeiten des 19. Jahrhunderts geprägte Atmosphäre, umgeben von Klaviermusik. Die kleinen Köstlichkeiten sind exklusiv und werden adrett und mit einer dezent gebrandeten Serviette serviert. Soweit alles stimmig, auch das Preissegment ist exklusiv. Doch im Untergeschoss bei den Toiletten landete ich in einer ganz anderen Welt. Weniger edel, weniger adrett. Ein Service, der dieser Marke nicht würdig ist. Diesen Tolgen in der Leistung konnte auch das schick eingepackte Schöggeli nicht mehr wettmachen, das mir im Anschluss an die Bezahlung übergeben wurde. Bestimmt hast auch du schon derartige Erlebnisse erlebt, wo etwas nicht stimmig war und deine Einstellung zu einer Marke verändert hat. Dies zeigt eindrücklich auf, dass in einer Identität eines Unternehmens viel mehr als nur das Erscheinungsbild geht. Es geht um die gesamtheitliche Identität, die auf alle wirkt. The boulders of this region on the Deccan plateau is one of the oldest and most stable geographical formations in the world . These rocks can be dated back to about 2.5 billions years old.
