I usually train in evenings, after long days of work and personal issues; sometimes I’m REALLY tired, like I could sleep on my rifle, but I still need to keep on doing this. 5月になりました コロナ禍の中ですが 規制無しのGWでお休みの方は ゆっくり過ごせそうですか？ 寧ろこの時期が忙しい方には 本当に感謝をしてます 私の大好きなDAIGOさんが4月4日より 料理番組のMCに初挑戦中の番組 「 #DAIGOも台所」 放送開始してから常に Yahooニュースなどで毎日記事に 掲載されてる料理番組です 番組公式アカウントのフォロワー数も 番組開始から間もなく１ヶ月ですが 驚く位人数が増えています そして最近全くTwitterの更新を してませんでしたが 番組公式アカウントさんに コメントすると必ず 番組のマスコットキャラクターの ペッパーさん🪄とソルト🧂さんの どちらかがお返事くれます 私が独自にアレンジした番組の 写真を加工して自分のTwitterに 投稿していたら 先日 この番組の 月曜日〜木曜日に料理のご指導を して下さる先生方 辻調調理師専門の公式アカウント様から 引用ツイートにてお返事が来て 腰が砕ける位嬉しかったです ありがとう御座いました 番組でホットプレートで出来る 料理を紹介した週で ご飯で出来るライスピザもあり 我が家のホットプレートは随分と 押入れの中で冬眠中ですが 実は前から作ってた料理だったので フライパンで久しぶりに再現しました 番組で紹介されたレシピとは違いますが こちらです↓ ✪レシピ&作り方 ☆1人分の野菜量85ｇ☆ 材料 玉ねぎ ミニトマト ロースハム ブロッコリー 卵 ご飯 塩•こしょう 油 ケチャップ とろけるチーズ 又はピザ用チーズ ⚠ピザ用チーズは中々使い切れない時は冷凍保存出来ますがなるべく早めに使って下さいね 作り方 ①ボウルに卵を入れ溶きほぐしご飯を加え 混ぜ合わせたら お好みの塩 こしょうでした味 ②具材は玉ねぎはスライスしミニトマト ハム ブロッコリー はお好みの形に切る ⚠→ブロッコリーのみ下茹でして下さいね ③油をひいたフライパンに①を入れてご飯を 平にしてから蓋をしてきつね色になるまで焼く ④③をひっくり返してケチャップを薄く広げ ②の具材にとろけるチーズをのせる ⑤蓋をして弱火でチーズが溶けるまで加熱 本来は最後具材を上に乗せて蓋をして 蒸焼にしてチーズが溶けるまで加熱しますが 蓋が無いって方ご安心下さい！ こちらでも出来ますので参考にどうぞ👇 ▶オーブンレンジやオーブントースターでも 同様の仕上げが出来ます オーブンレンジ機能が無い方は コンロの魚グリルにアルミホイルを広げ その中で仕上げる事出来ますよ 私は高校時代から飲食業のホール担当でしたが 調理場に人手が足り無い時は仕込みも指導され 今の父も職人だったので父からも教わり 独自で調理師免許を取得出来ました 父も母も今は年金生活ですが 元気に無理無く過ごせてる事が 私には1番大切な事です 早い事に 実父と過した時間より長くなりました 話は全く変わりますが 私は実はカードゲーム好きです 遊戯王から始め ヴァンガードもしてます コロナ禍で世界大会は中止ですが お正月には 一部の人には 公式からお年玉として貰えるグッツ 完全非公開&販売もしないお年玉袋 私は大切過ぎて中身は未だに 開けてません 寧ろ一生開封はしないでしょうね 4月産まれの方おめでとう御座いました㊗ そして フォロワーさんの素敵な結婚式の投稿や新しい命の誕生日の投稿やお子様の成長の投稿を見てお腹いっぱいデス❤️ 宝物を大切に✨ 新しい家族を大切に✨ 今年はどうやら梅雨入りが早そう ですが 体調管理には気を付けて下さいね🍀 #DAIGO #DAIGOも台所 #辻調 #ライスピザ #チーズ #玉ねぎ #ピーマン #ブロッコリー #ハム #アレンジレシピ #おうちごはん #オンネラ #Instagram #Instacooking #Instarifle #いいね返し

I present to you the Heckler and koch 91/G3 battle rifle extraordinaire. This model #1888 #SpringfieldArmory "RRB" or round rod bayonet #Trapdoor rifle was liberated from my favorite place last weekend. I completely tore the action down, boiled and carded the blued steel using distilled water and carding with an .0025" SS 4 row wire wheel in an upside down drill press. May have to make another pass at it eventually, but i'm happy with the results so far. Had to remove and disassemble the Buffington rear sight, unseizing and cleaning it. While doing that, the chipped stock along the port side of the trapdoor was repaired using #acraglas and a chipped piece up by the bayonet retainer. Once that was cured I wiped the stock down with some diluted acetone and applied some Feed'N'wax to the beautiful walnut, and some ballistol on the metal. I love the lines, robust construction and the American history behind this somewhat short lived rifle. Also..not knowing exactly how old the lockplate is, is an interesting mystery. Potentially much older than the rifle itself.
