Spoiler: state per leggere unpopular opinion. Visto l’hype che la Farmacia del Cambio ha ottenuto nell’ultimo periodo, chi eravamo noi per non provarla? E così abbiamo fatto. Il locale di per sé è molto bello, si trova nel pieno centro storico di Torino, in una tra le piazze più famose, e sia i posti a sedere all’esterno che quelli all’interno sono davvero stupendi. Fortunatamente noi non abbiamo abbiamo praticamente fatto coda perché era un giovedì qualunque di febbraio e quindi non c’era troppa gente, perché se no in generale si fa quasi sempre molta coda. Ovviamente abbiamo provato tutti e tre il kubrik e dobbiamo ammettere che era veramente buono: sia per l’impasto sia per la crema al suo interno, ma soprattutto per la quantità di crema che c’era. La caffetteria invece è discreta. Peccato che qui venga il brutto: non solo appena finito di mangiare e bere ci è stato portato via tutto (e con “appena” intendiamo un secondo dopo), tant’è che addirittura uno di noi non aveva ancora finito di bere il marocco. Ma la cosa assolutamente inaccettabile è stata che dopo letteralmente 25 minuti che eravamo eravamo lì siamo stati invitati ad andarcene in maniera neanche troppo carina. Va bene la fama, va bene la qualità, va bene il posto, va bene tutto, ma la maleducazione non va mai bene e non è mai giustificabile a nostro parere. Anche perché dal momento che io pago profumatamente per questa colazione (7€ cadauno) non è plausibile che dopo neanche mezz’ora che sono seduto mi si obblighi ad andare via. Quindi nel complesso ci torneremmo? Noi no, e sinceramente non ci sentiamo neanche di consigliarvelo, ci sono posti a Torino altrettanto buoni, ma meno costosi e soprattutto in cui si può stare quanto si vuole senza essere cacciati! ___________________________ FARMACIA DEL CAMBIO Località: Torino •kubrik •cappuccio •marocco
