👻 Meeting REAL Hitching Ghosts is just one of the many awesome perks when you experience Disney’s Happiest Haunts Guided Tour! 👍 As a huge Disney fan I've enjoyed over 5 park tours and this one is worth it! ❓The Happiest Haunts Guided Tour is a 2-hour walking tour across Disneyland where you learn some Halloween history and hear spine-chilling Halloween tales. We learned so much like there are no two carved pumpkins alike at Disneyland, which is incredible since there are over 300 of them in the park! 💲Each ticket costs $110.00 (guests ages 2 and under are free) BUT if you have a Disney Visa card you get a discount and your ticket will cost $93.50! 😊 Now let’s chat about the perks. You start the tour by meeting a REAL Hitchhiking Ghost! It’s real because it’s from the actual ride since Oogie Boogie kicked them out of the Haunted Mansion! This was such an amazing experience and even up close these famous ghosts looked so spooky! You also receive a unique Happiest Haunts Guided Tour Pin, get to go “trick or treating” for a Mickey Bat Cookie, and get VIP access to the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction which you ride with no wait! 💥 The last perk is the best one, reserved seating for the Halloween Screams fireworks show! The reserved standing-only viewing area is in front and a little to the left of the castle. Since it is on the curbed area, it’s a little raised for an unobstructed view! The show begins at 9:30 and you can get into the area anytime from 8:30 pm till 9:15. ⚠️ Halloween Screams only has fireworks Friday through Sunday, and projections only Monday through Thursday so plan accordingly if you want to see the fireworks! 😍 I enjoyed this experience and thought the perks and the tour justified the cost. There are still spots available so if you are interested head to the Disneyland website to book ASAP! 🎉Scoring a Disneyland dining reservation is now easier! ❗️You can now see ALL available dining reservations when you search for a reservation on the Disneyland website or app! 🔎 Previously when you searched for dining availability you had to select every hour time slot to see if there was availability. For example, if you wanted to go to Blue Bayou for lunch, you had to select 11 am, then 12 pm, then 1 pm to find a reservation. They sell out FAST so here is some info and tips to help you! ⠀ 📍Tickets will ONLY be sold on the Disneyland website, not the Disneyland app. In some previous years, day of tickets could be purchased at the ticket booths, but I would NOT rely on that happening, and if so, it will be a very limited amount. ⠀ ❗️There may be a virtual queue to get into the actual virtual queue before 9 am PST. I like to start checking for tickets around 8:15 am, but it could be earlier or later! ⠀ ✅ Before 9 am PST: 🔸Make sure you are logged into your account, your payment information is updated and your profile address, etc. is correct. 🔸I use both my computer desktop and my mobile phone to see which one gets in first. Sometimes my computer gets in first, other times, my phone beats my computer.
