Hollywood Studios has been through its share of growth and changes, even changing its name in 2008. 🎥 When Disney’s Hollywood Studios first opened, the only two attractions were the Studio Backlot Tour and Great Movie Ride. In the 1990s, they added Sunset Boulevard and the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. 🌌 Today Disney’s Hollywood Studios has really come into its own, a fan favourite, its most definitely a full day (if not two day) park! When I think back, I have so many incredible memories from our family vacations. I will never forget, my then 13 month old daughter, seeing a parade at Magic Kingdom for the first time... She could not physically wave her hand 👋 any faster or kick her feet harder with excitement to see her favorite characters. And we laugh when we think about the first time my son ever experienced the beach & sand… When we attempted to stand him in the sand his legs would fly out in a “V” and his grip became so strong for such a tiny human. After we finally sat him down on a beach towel he didn’t move. Especially for young kiddos who just can’t understand the scheduled times with Genie+💕 (And then be a super hero and make it happen again later in the day with that Genie+!☺️). ‼️How to avoid long queues at Disneyland Paris‼️ Let’s be honest, no one wants to spend an hour or more queueing for a ride or attraction! Here’s what I learnt on our last trip to avoid those lengthy wait times. We stayed offsite this trip so we didn’t benefit from the Disney hotel early magic hour. We got to the parks around 9am for opening at 9.30am. We managed to get quite a lot done with low wait times up until 11am then it started to get busy with longer wait times. We then found these longer wait times remained until around 5pm when it started to quieten down again. A lot of people left between 5-6pm and wait times were once again 5-10 mins on most attractions! If you want to try and avoid long waits in a queue, my advice would be, go in early for park opening then either book a nice long lunch around 1pm (at the busiest part of the day) or head back to your hotel/Disney Village for some down time. Get back into the park around 4pm for your evening when the wait times are much much shorter PLUS you’ll feel rested from taking a time out during the day 👍🏻 #disneylandparis #disneytips #disneytricksandtips #disneymama #disneywithkids
