The root cause of all the suffering in the third dimensional reality that we live in is forgetting the truth of our true nature and just identifying ourselves with the physical structures that we are incarnated into . When you chase the wrong things and try to instantly gratify an impulse that arises out of your thoughts, we suffer . Instead of attaching ourselves with the thoughts, (and itโs scientifically proven that an average human have 60,000-70,000 thoughts in a day) . We should question where is this thought coming from, who inspired this thoughts (is it the news, media, other sources that want to make you feel that you are not good enough or you lack something, they are designed that way to keep you trapped in that psychology) . Donโt be your thoughts, be the awareness behind them that is non judgmental and observant of that thought ๐ญ, just like clouds โ ๏ธ they pass too . Let it go and do not act on the instant gratification or seeking short term pleasures, itโs a trap that will cause suffering later on . You are more than what you think you are, never underestimate yourself .
