That's all it takes for all the snotty white to harden but your yolk to stay nice and runny. I always keep my eggs at room temperature, if you keep yours in the fridge, time an extra 30 seconds β β β β β β β β β β β β - get your slice of toast in when you have a couple minutes to go.
