Letting the tomatoes reach room temperature along with the salt help draw out lovely flavour. β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β € β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β € - get your water boiling and your grill on. β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β € - rub a tiny bit of coconut oil on your washed asparagus. season and get it under a medium/high grill, they will be done the same time as your eggs so get them in at the same time. β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β € β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β € - get your eggs in boiling water, and time 5 MINUTES. That's all it takes for all the snotty white to harden but your yolk to stay nice and runny. I always keep my eggs at room temperature, if you keep yours in the fridge, time an extra 30 seconds β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β € - get your slice of toast in when you have a couple minutes to go. I use the delicious @hovisbakery Seed sensations green! And turn your asparagus. β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β € - Then get them off the heat and under cold water so they're not too hot to hold. Turn your grill off.
