The Clayton Corridor, once complete, will better connect Surrey to Langley and Downtown Vancouver as the area continues to grow. ⚠️The plan covers parts of Clayton and Cloverdale on the north and south sides of the Fraser Highway, including West and East Clayton and North Cloverdale. ✔️The Skytrain extension will feature two new stations along the Fraser Highway, one at 184th Street and one at 190th Street. The proposed plan includes: ▪️ A new community village (Clayton Centre) around the 190 Street SkyTrain station ▪️ A secondary urban village (Hillcrest Village) around the 184 Street SkyTrain station ▪️ New and expanded parks and additional protected natural areas ▪️ New and enhanced roads, cycle tracks, walkways, and paths. We decided to get a quick bite at the new #kfc #kfc_canada @kfc_canada #kfc_canada I have lived in #britishcolumbia for 12+ years and never ate at a #BC KFC I wanted to support a new business at Peninsula Village Shopping Centre so we tried the new KFC. I used to frequent KFC in Ontario, but will never go to this location or any BC location again. I never had an issue with any KFC in the USA. Why this was a bad experience at 580, 15355 24th ave: All the tables were covered in grease, food crumbs, drink covers, straws, etc. There were 2 girls behind the counter mostly talking to each other as it was not that busy. ONLY 1 person could have been there for orders. One girl should have been wiping the tables and removing waste instead of having a nice chat with the other worker. The food was super greasy and evident on the tables. The fries were barely warm, and not that fresh. The 2 piece chicken combo with drink was $9.99 the wife had the twister combo for $10.99 for a grand total of $22.43. NOT VALUE FOR YOUR DOLLAR. If you try to share your experience online at kfclistens.ca, they ask you for the KFC Store # which this store does not print on the receipt. The only good thing I can say, they do not saturate their fries with salt. This is a complaint many people have with #McDonald's hot fries being too salty I am not sure how #fraserhealth passed this business for operating. With such dirty tables, I wonder how clean the prep area is. With food services fighting for your dollar, businesses doing what we saw will not last. Next time I will pop into Safeway and get some fresh fruit. If anyone ELSE has had a bad experience at this or other KFC in BC PLEASE COMMENT. #peacearchnews
