I spent yesterday afternoon at the @bristolgoddesstemple to celebrate Imbolc and Brigid with other like-minded folks, led by the wonderful @lady_faye_morgana (credit to her for the first photo of the altar) - it's the first time I've been to such a gathering and it was honestly a wonderful experience. The balance between spiritual and secular was struck perfectly, and it was an amazing thing to be able to enjoy my spiritual practice without feeling any cognitive dissonance from my rational brain. The guided meditation she took us through was so joyful and felt so natural, and I knew immediately the colours I'd use for crafting my intention charm. After a slower and deliberate start of weaving the threads of my intentions together and focusing on specific types of actions, I was able to pick up the pace and weave motivation and progressive energies into the charm, which I finished last night. I feel motivated and energised, ready to take on the year ahead as we move into lighter days - and honestly, a little bit of my soul healed yesterday.
