I travel a lot so that my physical, spiritual and mental being is not limited between four walls. Our body and mind, on the other hand, try everything to maintain the status quo. For them, change means stress, restructuring and discomfort. But that's not true! That's exactly why I gave up my apartment, and now I live out of a backpack and work with my laptop in a tree house.
