~ OUTDOOR YOGA & SOUND BATH ~ The same yoga and sound experience you have grown to love at Dutch Roots Yoga and Wellness with Amy and Jen, but we're taking it to the great outdoors. We're announcing two sessions 6:30pm - 8:00pm at two different picturesque locations in Holland, MI. Thursday, June 13th: Howard B Dunton Park 290 Howard Ave, Holland, MI 49424 Meet near the pavilion 6:30-8pm Thursday, July 18th: Tunnel Park 66 N Lakeshore Ave, Holland, MI 49424 Meet at the top of the dune 6:30-8pm You can bring your mat, towel, blanket, and/or a sheet and anything else you want for the sound bath/Shavasana portion. @dutchrootsholland will provide turkish towels if you would like to borrow and leave your stuff at home. Don't forget your water. The session will begin with the yoga portion and will be about 45 minutes long. The movement will be led by @amy.g.yoga and is suitable for all levels. The yoga portion will be followed by an emersive sound experience to accompany your extra long Shavasana. The sound bath will be led by sound therapist @jenn.gietzen and will also last amoximently 45 minutes. You will feel completely rejuvenated and reset after this 1 hour and 30-minute session.
