Det spritter av liv i vingårdarna på Manincor, som var en av de första vinegendomarna i Italien att bli biodynamiskt certifierad. Denna filosofi genomsyrar allt arbete på egendomen. I vingårdarna växer en mängd olika växter förutom vinrankor och du kan stöta på såväl höns som glada lamm och bin när du promenerar runt i dem. Allt i sann biodynamisk blandjordbruksanda. Manincor ligger i Alto Adige som inte bara är en av Italiens mest bildsköna regioner, den anses också vara en av de främsta vinregionerna i landet. Historiskt sett har man framförallt lyft fram regionens vita viner, men i takt med det ökade intresset för svala och eleganta rödviner vinner kommer dessa alltmer i fokus. Manincor är en producent som excellerar i såväl vita som röda viner. Typiskt för regionen är också att man arbetar med en mängd olika druvsorter. Namnet Manincor kommer från de italienska orden för hand (mano) och hjärta (core) och det är int svårt att se hur dessa ord reflekteras i deras viner och det arbete som ligger bakom dem. Här ligger den lilla egendomen @delinquent_vino som drivs av paret Giovanni Albesano & Amanda Courtney White, och druvorna kommer från en liten jordplätt som har varit i Giovannis familjs ägo i flera generationer. Här odlas mestadels nebbiolo men även lite grignolino, barbera och freisa. Vinmarken är helt giftfri och odlingarna sköts enligt ekologiska principer.
