Es ist so weit. Heute Abend ist die Premiere, 8. Sinfonie Konzert, Apollon musagéte. In General Probe heute Morgen, war ich nicht ganz zufrieden, da ein paar Sachen nicht so gut gelaufen ist. Ich spreche aber von mir. Die Musik ist, wundervoll und von wunderbare Musikern gespielt und bin so mit Dankbarkeit erfüllt. So schöne Musik von einzelne begabte Musiker zusammen gespielt wird, und ich auf der Bühne tanzen zu dürfen, ist Wertvoll. Wenn ich ganz nah beim Musikern bin und einzelne Instrument differenziert hören kann, wie so einzigartige Klang lebendige Charakter verleiht, und das alles in großen und Ganzen Harmoniert, einfach Zauberhaft! Ich hoffe und gebe mein Bestes, in diese Wunder mit meine Tanzkunst noch eine andere Klang dazu geben kann, ohne sie zu stören. Danke, danke, danke! Weitere Vorstellungen: 10. 14. Good morning yogis! I passed my ballet exam with merit - yay…this picture was taken on the morning of the exam, 5 months after my surgery. I honestly wasn’t sure I would be ready for it as I couldn’t practise much of it until November and even then I couldn’t do the jumps until December. But I did it. The moment I could, I put in the work. Huge gratitude to my teacher Lara of Peak Ballet and my dancing friends for patiently waiting for me to catch up. I don’t want to say you can do everything that you put your mind to because I think that might be a bit of a lie. But you can certainly do most things that you love and put your heart and soul into. If you have never tried ballet and would like to, there is a beginners class every Tuesday at 2-3pm at FlowMotion.Life in Matlock with one of my teachers, Nami of @mindbody_balletfitness . My other teacher’s classes are full but Nami’s class has a few places. Nami is lovely, fun and very nurturing. Ballet is brilliant for keeping the brain young and the body strong and supple. Come and dance with us. You don’t need any experience (I didn’t have any when I started at the ripe old age of 50!) Hope to see you on the dance floor! #cervicalcancersurvivor #borntodance

Osterkranz für Frieden Ich wünsche mir von Herzen, daß bis letzte Mensch auf diese Erde in Frieden zu Hause Brot backen und es essen kann, ohne Angst getötet werden oder unterdrückt zu werden, in Sicherheit mit geliebte Menschen zusammen. Jedes mal ich meine Brot backe, oder von Kuchen in Ofen wunderbare Duft steigen, wird mir klar, wie ich privilegiert bin, daß ich sicheres Zuhause habe und das machen kann was ich gerne mache. Auch ich durch meine Tätigkeit Möglichkeit habe, zu alle Welt zu verbinden und mich frei auszudrücken, ist nicht selbstverständlich. Ich hoffe sehr, daß ich für bessere Welt bewirken kann, wenn das auch einzelne winzige Faden ist. Ich glaube dran, unsere kleine Faden gemeinsam, große starke Band werden können. Ich freue mich auf die Gelegenheit die mir gegeben würde, auf der Bühne stehen zu dürfen, mit großartigen Musikern. Diesmal in 8. Symphonie Konzert in Theater Münster. Ich tanze in eine Stück von Stravinsky „Apollon musagète“. Original für ein Ballet komponiert worden und von Balanchine choreographiert für eine Tänzer und sechs Tänzerinnen. Wundervolle Werk. Meine Herausforderung ist es, daß ich diese Legendäre Werk neu interpretiere, und das alleine tanze. Ich habe große Respekt vor diese Musik und Choreographie, auch vor großartige Musikern die diesmal spielen. Habe ich Druck? Ja, gewiss. Ich will trotzdem meine Freiheit zu Tanzen für mich beibehalten. Hilft nicht vor lauter „Under Pressure“ nicht mehr Frei bewegen zu können. Denn Tanzseele ist nur in Freie entfalten werden kann. Once upon the Great Barrier Reef… I flew across the Green Island with my then partner at the time, trying to capture as many artistic memories as possible before our tour boat left. Comical yet worthwhile, we hurried to see it all as we took in the beautiful surrounding scenery. I have always loved seeking out beautiful scenes to create my memories in. Life is art. And pictures are a means of time travel in a sense. Even if the people who shared in those experiences are no longer in your life, the love of that moment can still be felt. Take the pictures. They’re worth taking. They’re worth being in. And they’re worth sharing. Schmetterlingsflieder ist echt schon so weit. Mandelblüte werden bald offnen. Frühling liegt in den Luft. Ich freue mich. This is back in 2016 when I was going through Yoga teacher training in Goa, India at, Ashiyana yoga retreat. It was a beautiful place to learn the ins and outs of intentional body movement and a fantastic reason to explore India. Even today, so much of that experience has been applied to different areas of my life. If you have an interest in yoga, I would highly recommend going through yoga teacher training (even if your intention isn’t to become a teacher.) It taught everything from history, to anatomy, to various meditation techniques and body awareness. If you were waiting for a sign to explore body movement through yoga more, take this as that sign. Nach 3 Tage Fasten, ich habe Lust nach Udon bekommen. Und so, selbst gemachte Miso-Udon mit Gemüse. Begleitet von gedämpfte Brokkoli und Kimchi mit geerntete Rettiche und gebratene Rotkohl. Ich faste einmal im Monat in Neumond. Gewöhnlich 2-3 Tage. Ich mag das Körpergefühl dann nach überflüßiges loszuwerden. Auch Sinn für Wahrnehmung verschärft und klärt die Geist. Ich habe keine Schwierigkeiten 3 Tage nichts zu essen. Es würd mir Kreativität und Bauchgefühl(in wahrsten sinne des Wortes😆) gefördert, verschärft. Außerdem habe ich mehr Zeit, außer Essen zu beschäftigen. Schreiben, Podcast Hören, Lesen und auch nichts tun… Da ich alles mit Essen zu tun haben liebe, manchmal tut mir gut, etwas Abstand davon zu haben. Denn dann weiss ich es sehr zu schätzen und auch für Körper gut tut. Es ist immer noch zu nass, um etwas anzufangen in Veggie Garten. Gestern Rosenmontag war ganzen Tag dunkel. Erst im Nachmittag ist Sonnenlicht zwischen die dicke Wolke ausgekommen. Seit Herbst kommt regelmäßig Rehe in Veggie Garten besuch. Ich habe sie noch nie in mein Garten gesehen, aber sie lassen ihren Spüren hinter. Ich finde es gut, daß sie hier wohl fühlt, trotz auffressen von ziemlich alle Grün. Wenn ich im Frühling säen und einpflanzen anfange, würde ich die Netz auf den Beete spannen. Die Hasen🐰und Fasanen🐔 fühlen auch hier wohl. Ich bin nur ein Teil von alle diese Lebewesen in mein Veggie Garten. Biologische Vielfalt. 🥐Croissant Vegan Dinkel nach lange Zeit wieder. Ich war Ende des Jahres bis Neujahr in Japan. Als Vegan lebende Mensch, habe ich bemerkt, daß in Deutschland viel einfach ist. In Deutschland habe ich das Gefühl, inzwischen Vegan in Mitte Gesellschaft angekommen ist. Dagegen Japan 10 Jahre hinterher. Einzige Vegan „Butter“ die ich finden konnte, war in Organic Shop aus Denemark importiert. Ich habe gekocht nur was natürlich japanisch orientierte Gerichte, halt ohne „Dashi“ (Japanische Fischbrühe, die überall zu finden ist, bis Trinkwasser. Nein Scherz😆). Und so, habe ich die Croissant🥐 lange nicht mehr gebacken. Gut, wieder in Deutschland zu sein. Am 4. Februar, Frühlings Anfang Heute ist „立春“ auf japanisch, welch Frühlings Anfang bedeutet. Ab heute ist es alte Kalendarischen Frühling. Regnerisch in Münsterland, aber warm. Spüre ich mehr Licht und ein Hauch von Frühling in Luft liegt. Schön. Aus mein Veggie Garten, drehe ich eine kleine Spaziergang um die Lieblings Wald, gerade ziemlich unterm Wasser steht. Geht mit richtige Ausrüstung comfortable. Auch Veggie Garten steht unterm Wasser. Ich kann noch nichts anfangen. Mein Gedanke aber schweben schon beim Säen und Einpflanzen im kommende Saison.
