Ich werde mit dem gesprenkelten Rosa starten, dann zum braun-rot-rosa übergehen und die Muschelborte wird goldig. Für weitere Versionen habe ich auch schon Farbkombis zusammengestellt. Ich könnte noch mit Blau, Grün, Schwarz oder Grau verschiedene Windsbräute stricken. I made the #structuredalpacacowl by @purlsoho (a free pattern). For the yarn, I used 1.5 skeins of #woolstokworsted yarn by @blueskyfibers .🧶 I love how unique the design is with the tapered ribbing in the back. The stitch markers every 8 rounds made it easy to keep track of the rows while knitting when I was out and about. 😉 #knitting #welovewool

Wool is in our genes here at McIvor Hill. Both Tim and I grew up on sheep farms, helping in the woolsheds every summer. We have always worn woolen jerseys on the farm, and our children have grown up with two grandma's that knitted many wool garments for them. Did you know that wool is not only super warm but also breathable.
