I was going through my recent photos and came to the realization that I only post about 1% of the pictures I take. Each one has its own story, a flashback to a different memory frozen in time. This one definitely tells a story of gratitude. I'm not most women in the sense that settling down, buying a house & getting married are all things that scare the shit out of me. My mind goes into "what if it goes wrong" mode. With that said, this past year has been full of changes and challenges, and I'm so thankful to have this girl in my corner constantly telling me I'm doing great! From cheering me on during our complete house renovation to spending the day taking engagement photos pro bono. Spring is here, in NL. 🌟 There are some days, when we all need A HUG. ❤️ Simple hug, and a couple of “How are you”-s ❓and “I love you”-s. And wine/ice-cream/good movie (but it is ideal😂). Happy I raised some wonderful empathetic piglets🐖🐖🐖. They can hug me now and it feels cool. ❤️Hugs are extremely important in our life❤️. Especially, in the international people’s life, because we don’t get hugs from relatives and friends from our home countries enough. But we miss that crowd badly. Basically we have a hugs deficit. TOTALLY IMPRACTICAL So ... we decided to go for a walk yesterday .. and this is what I wore .. Totally impractical for the plans Simon had for us ..so after we got these shots I changed and stuck my wellies on and a black puffa and thank god I did ... it was like walking through wet clay .. massive puddles .. and huge rocks ... at one point Simon bent down to pick up what he thought was a bullet cartridge (as you do) only to realise quite quickly that it was a used tampon applicator !! (He said I shouldn’t write that but I did anyway) Anyway I was doubly influenced and am wearing two items that 2 grammers have made me buy .. the scarf is a collaboration with @misspompom1 and @tattydevine ..I bought it from @i.am.immy after seeing it on Kirsty @girlwithbellsandwhistles .. This wet look tracksuit was seen on @carlywyeth and I fell in love .. it was such a great price from @isawitfirst .. Фигушки так в Голландии было бы... 🧡🇳🇱Велики, высокие налоги на машину, дорогой бензин, все создано для великов🧡🇳🇱Посидеть, полежать сейчас бы больше. Шо бы о вас подумали ваши этрусские предки? Или уже даже древние собиратели и охотники? Наш мозг, с одной стороны, перегружен информацией извне, с другой стороны, телам - недостаточно движения. В некоторых странах - однозначно телам не достаточно движения. Я это вижу на улицах, в ресторанах, в магазинах. Я это вижу на своих собственных боках. Двигайтесь, господа! Быть в голове, как в коучинге говорят, это КРУТО (ты думаешь, префронтальную зону мозга юзаешь), но быть в теле и отключаться от всего этого информационного и ментального безумия - порой так прекрасно и необходимо. 🇺🇸 A huge part of my sanity is moving. Moving my body, moving my butt, moving no matter what (running🏃🏻♀️, dancing🥴, yoga🧘🏻♀️, bar method🤸🏻). Millions of years human beings as a species were moving times and times more than we do it now. They also consumed information in smaller quantities!!! I don’t ask for going back to basics. We can’t and we don’t have to. BUT! В моей суперской школе коучинга одним из любимейших уроков и упражнений был - «про гремлина». Про суку-гремлина😂. Гремлин - это часть нас, которая вот хоть ты тресни, уверена, что чего-то в нас недостаточно. Ума, креативности, красоты, шарма, смелости. Чего угодно. У каждого своё. Обычно проявляется как голос в башке - «я недостаточно...», ну и подставляем там, что кто хочет. Фишка ещё и в том, что мозг параллельно любит собирать confirmation bias (предвзятость подтверждения). Он четко находит подтверждения нашим этим «я недостаточно то», «я недостаточно сё». Ну и все! Замкнутый круг. Либо ненужные страдания. 1️⃣ Первый шаг - идентифицировать конкретно, что говорит гремлин. Потом его назвать. 👦🏻 Серёжа, например. Лучше не называть именами людей, которых вы знаете лично. Прозвище дать гремлину, короче. 2️⃣ Второй шаг - принять то, что это лишь малая часть нас и она нас защищает. Его работа не размазать вас по стенке и заставить рыдать. Хотя, часто, так и получается. Его работа держать вас в безопасности и тепле. 3️⃣ Третий - это извращение, которое попросили нас сделать в школе😂. Материализовать его. У меня получился толстый, крылатый парень. Обозначал: «я недостаточно серьёзная» (ну и хрен с ним сейчас, а тогда это было эмоционально), «я недостаточно профессиональна»... Но знаете, что самое интересное? Это было прикрытием или камуфляжем, что-ли. Сейчас (да и всю жизнь, видимо... ) его сообщение - «я недостаточно идеальна»🤦🏻♀️ Либо это уже другой сука-гремлин. Ладно, разберёмся... Второй принцип коучинга. Каждый момент в жизни описывает, кто ты, и даёт тебе возможность решить, а тот ли это человек, которым ты хочешь быть. Я понимаю это как - все всегда в твоих руках. То есть, в твоей голове. Ты всегда можешь выбрать, как реагировать на то или иное воздействие. И ты постоянно в движении, можешь меняться и менять внешнюю среду, и нужно видеть, что ты хочешь в будущем, так как это берег, к которому ты постоянно плывешь. Но плыть можно разными способами и путями. Вот муж мой родной: «Ёптить... я не верю в пенсию! Не будет пенсии! На паперть пойдём!» Я ему: «Замени мысль эту в голове на «на паперть пойдём, а на счету баблосы! На паперти можно просто встретить хороших, глубоких, людей! Бгггг... Хочу на паперть - общаться!». Любой человек и его жизнь - продукт того, как и о чем он думает. У каждого в голове система координат (ценности, жизненные правила, система убеждений, прошлый опыт, желания/мечтания). Есть ещё физиология, которая тоже в динамике (возраст, состояние тела, тинейджерство/пмс/климакс/старение, физические нагрузки или их отсутствие, болезни). И все это в постоянном танце. Я часто бессознательно и реактивно реагирую на критику. «С порога и в морду», как грицца! Что-бы кто-то начал критиковать меня как мать! Не советую! Матерей вообще нельзя критиковать, одни роды - это уже золотая медаль. А кормление хрудью - две! А критика страны?! Ну как можно это делать? Я ненавижу это просто, когда люди, по сути, ничего не зная о стране, в голове - одни клише и инфо из телевизора, начинают чего-то там выдавать... Американцы про Россию, русские про Америку... кто угодно про какую угодно страну. Без последних статистических данных, без знания истории, без опыта жизни в стране хотя бы лет 5. И не экспатами, когда все схвачено и за все заплачено. Я не хочу быть человеком, который истерит в ответ на критику и поднимает диванные войска в бой. Я научилась спокойно ставить на место и объяснять. Что помогает? Помогает представить, что вы хотите из себя представлять через несколько лет, что в идеале? Потому, что рост нужен. Бггг... С возрастом я поняла, что, в целом, в любом весе до 120 кило можно одеть красавицу так, что чувствовать будешь себя на все 100%. Платья бывают волшебными, каблуки меняют походку (но некоторым, однозначно нужно учиться ходить, помнится я с книжкой на голове для баланса километры отходила...). Вес, если ты себя уверенно чувствуешь, не супер важен. Вес, скорее, очень важен для здорового состояния организьмы. Вот мне фигово после 70 кило. Плохо и все тут. Не нравится. Вот я и иду к своим 60и. Но идти буду, любя себя и наряжая.
