I am not perfect. I am not always able to touch my toes. I fall out of poses all the time. My muscles aren't the strongest. Sometimes I forget things. Some days I can't seem to find any motivation. Have you ever heard โtrust the process?โ When I started yoga this is something I heard all the time. Honestly I never understood what it meant. I was like yup kweel kweel, yeah nah... So how can I speed up this process, because I wanna do a wheel now? Truth be told three years down the track I still canโt tell you what this โprocessโ is. What I do know though is when I started doing yoga for me and my values rather then end goals not only did I enjoy yoga that much more, somewhere along the line I managed to get into some pretty cool poses too.
