𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝? I think it comes from passion. I care about our people, I care about our products and I care about the NHS and what we can achieve working alongside our customers. Thirdly, that we can continue to provide the experience, opportunities and benefits that ensure our team are fulfilled both inside and outside work. An average day begins at 5am when I visit the sites to ensure the teams have all equipment and supplies they require to complete their job. I complete regular audits and training which enables the domestic teams to work to the best of their ability. I then go out in the evenings to site visit the evening domestic teams. I also help to complete covid cleans when they are requested. .
