🚨Disney’s remaining Splash Mountain ride is getting some updates! 💦⛰️ Tokyo Disney Resort is CRANKING UP the ride as part of its new summer event called “Get Soaked!”💧From July 2-Sept 18, the new version of the ride will be called “Splash Mountain Get Soaked MAX” with MORE water than usual on the ride and an additional water effect on the drop. 🚿🚿🚿 Other parts of the Get Soaked event include Baymax 🤍 in the parade spraying guests with water, ⛲️Toontown transforming into “Get Soaked Toontown” with Get Soaked spots scattered throughout the land, and The Country Bear Theater 🐻 bringing back “Vacation Jamboree" May 17th through November 7th! I love the less-obvious Disney stories throughout the parks. When we visited Hong Kong Disneyland last year, I noticed this in the walkway between Toy Story Land and Fantasyland. I was trying to decipher the significance of it but just couldn't figure it out. When we visited again earlier this year, I realised that it was a nod to Toy Story 4! Space 220 Lounge 🌏 Honestly such a good hack if you want to experience Space 220 without the hefty price tag or heavy 2-3 course meal…do the Lounge! Look at the view from our seats 😍 in exactly the same room as the ‘main dining area’. Plus, you can actually order from the main menu in the lounge if you wanted to!
