It has been an amazing winter with lots of curious school kids coming by and learning about regerative farming and cooking over bonfire🫶 Now it is finally spring and we are re-opening the rest of Øens Have💚 The Gardeners are working hard in the garden, the Chefs are preparing in the kitchen and we are all helping out getting ready for the season start. On Thursday April 25 we will open our restaurant in the middle of the garden where you can taste all the amazing greens and the best produce the season has to offer🌿🌟 From farm to table. Juleferien nærmer sig og på tirsdag har vi allersidste frivillig dag for i år🌿🌿 Vores medlemmer har allerede hentet deres sidste høst for denne sæson🥕🥬 Vi vil blot sige et kæmpe tak til alle de mange frivillige der kommer hver tirsdag og hjælper i haven, uden jer var der ikke noget ØsterGro💚 så tusind tak for al jeres hjælp og altid super gode humør. Tirsdag er helt klart vores yndlingsdag her på taget🌟🌟🌟 Skal du lige nå at være med til sidste frivilligdag, så er det på tirsdag d. 12. december;) og hvis ikke du kan nå det, så bare rolig, vi er tilbage igen i april når sæsonen starter☀️🌿 Og hvordan er det så gået?
