This year's gluten and dairy-free feast was exceptionally delicious! We always have turkey and ham, but the gravy and stuffing were the best I have ever made!! I used @pamelasproducts baking mix in the sweet potato casserole topping and to make the roux to thicken the gravy. The stuffing is a combination of @canyonglutenfree bread and @bobsredmill cornbread. And the mashed taters have @so_delicious creamer in them, along with 1/2 cup of mayo. The mayo keeps the potatoes from becoming a solid mass as they cool. There's a new vegan mac & cheese in town! @eatbanza added vegan white cheddar shells to its line of chickpea-based pasta meals. They added parsnips and potatoes to the cheese sauce to give it a sharp flavor, but honestly, I can't taste either in the sauce.
