Surprise! I’m not alone here-yes, Leo is with me and today we went horseback riding on the beach and it was awesome. The stables are located right behind the Z hotel and that’s where you start and end so it’s very convenient if you are staying in Nungwi. There are different sessions on offer and the main difference is riding on the beach or actually going into the water with the horses. Being beginners, we opted for riding on the beach rather than going in the water because the horses act different in the water and it’s not as stabile. They ride on the beach at low tide and swim with the horses at high tide. We were only able to do the afternoon riding but if you can do it in the morning, that’s much better because the afternoon sun is a killer and the colors in the sea are much more striking in the morning. “Maintaining my mental health - that’s how I be lookin so well” 🤔🧐🥂✨ - Mami Mia at a time when she was prioritizing her mental health 😅🤣 Eating healthy, working out consistently, maintaining a work-life balance, and having a disciplined sleep schedule is hard work. The thing about mental health is that the work to maintain it nevvvver ends 😮‍💨 But it’s also difficult to rest when you’re too excited for everything- Sort of like the night before you take a trip and you can’t sleep because you’re so excited :p @jhnywzdm told me “you can’t eat more than one meal at once. You choose the food you want, and eat that until you’re full. Трэба неяк разабрацца са сваёй кубінскай вандроўкай 🇨🇺. ⠀ Сёння распавяду вам пра ўражанні ад Варадэра. Хутчэй, пра адсутнасць гэтых самых уражанняў🤫. Пасля Гаваны і цэнтральнай Кубы гэты “прылізаны” курортны горад зусім не спадабаўся. Кардынальна іншая атмасфера – тыпічна турыстычная, без душы🙄. ⠀ Мы б у Варадэра і не паехалі, але ў перадапошні дзень адпачынку здарыўся дождж. І каб не сядзець у нумары, вырашылі ўсё ж наведаць гэтае папулярнае ў турыстаў месца. Не склалася адразу, бо ў першай жа кавярні нас падманулі на грошы🫣. ⠀ ➡️Таму: калі вы збіраецеся ў Варадэра, то абавязкова папярэдне памяняйце валюту – то бок майце пры сабе кубінскае песа. Бо толькі ў Варадэра ў нас пералік у песа быў па афіцыйным курсе (1 даляр=100 песа). У астатніх гарадах і вёсках усе лічылі 1 доллар=260 песа. І прыйшлося нам за 2 піна-калады замест 600 песа аддаць 1500. Ніхто пра гэтыя нюансы не папярэджвае🧐. ⠀ Добры такі бізнэс атрымоўваецца ў мясцовых: узялі ў турыстаў па афіцыйным курсе, а ўвечары пайшлі на рынак і там памянялі тыя ж даляры па нармальным курсе🤭. І працаваць не трэба 😉. ⠀ ➡️Таму: калі ў вас не атрымалася абмяняць грошы папярэдне, то адразу ідзіце на рынак. Толькі там прапануюць добрую канвертацыю💱. ⠀ У Варадэра я таксама шукала каву ў зерне, каб прывезці дадому. Не знайшла. Нават болей: задачай з зорачкай аказалася проста папіць кавы, бо ў кафэшках (на ўваходзе ў якія было напісана coffeeshop) той самай кавы не было. Толькі розныя кактэлі. Але напрыканцы ўсё ж пашанцавала, на ўскрайку турыстычнай вуліцы я пабачыла фірмовую кафейню. І о цуд, там нават валюту пералічылі нармальна👌 Жанчына сказала, што турысты не вельмі часта сюды заходзяць – можа пагэтаму🧐. ⠀ ➡️Таму: за цікавай (і дарэчы, смачнай) кавай Café Mulato па смешным кошце ідзіце ў Casa del café Cubita. Два кубачка нам абыйшліся ўсяго 80 песа. Kulturliebhaber oder Kulturbanause? Wozu zählt ihr? Wir hatten diese Tour über MSC gebucht und im Zuge dessen besuchten wir das Bahrain Fort (Qal'at al-Bahrain). Es gilt als UNESCO Weltkulturerbe und man sagt, wenn man Bahrain besucht, sollte man das Fort und die Ausgrabungen gesehen haben. 1x gesehen reicht uns. Ich war eher auf der Suche nach tollen Fotostops 🙈. Überzeugt bzw. beeindruckt hat uns das Ford leider nicht. Un giorno a Marsiglia, in un ottobre che sembrava giugno, con il sole caldo e il mare calmo. Sbarco alle 9 dalla nave (eravamo in crociera), abbiamo scelto di evitare i luoghi turistici e di regalarci una giornata di meraviglia e relax, naso all'aria e macchina fotografica al collo, tra porto e vicoli in pietra, botteghe colorate, insegne dal sapore deliziosamente vintage, con i colori smorzati e gli angoli consumati. Ovunque saponette profumate, fiori di lavanda, baguette. Bellissimo! 💙 Un consiglio ai croceristi: sul porto delle navi, c'è una navetta che porta vicino al centro della città. "TRAMONTO INFINITO (Endless Sunset)" Questo è il titolo scelto per questa passerella-ponte che collega il centro storico di Peccioli, con il resto del paese. Il tramonto senza fine identifica il rapporto tra uomo e paesaggio: la passerella permette di camminare sospesi, immersi nel paesaggio Toscano. La forma scelta è il cerchio, che si ripete lungo la passerella in una spirale colorata.🌈 I colori utilizzati per decorare la passerella non sono stati scelti a caso ma, rispecchiano, appunto, quelli del tramonto.🌄 Un'opera rilevante e significativa, importante per il territorio perché consente di ampliare il perimetro del centro storico di Peccioli, agevolando l'accesso alle persone che vivono nella parte più nuova del Borgo.
