Menurut Imam Nawawi diantara etika saat meminta dan memberikan fatwa bahwa dianjurkan/disunnahkan membaca ta'awwudz dan membaca Basmalah serta mengucap Hamdalah serta membaca Shalawat kepada Baginda Rasulillah Muhammad SAW dan mengucapkan "Laa Haula Walaa Quwwata Illabillah" dan membaca "Robbishrohlii Shodrii Wa Yassirlii Amrii Wahlul Uqdatan Min Lisanii Yafqohuu Qoulii". Lalu beliau (Imam Nawawi) berkata : "Dan apabila orang yang meminta fatwa lupa/lalai membaca do'a, atau Hamdalah, atau Shalawat kepada Baginda Rasulillah Muhammad SAW di akhir fatwa, maka hendaklah sang Mufti (yang memberi fatwa) menulis hal tersebut dengan tulisannya, demikian kebiasaan yang telah berlaku" . NB: dari sini kita belajar, bahwa memberikan fatwa itu betapa para ulama terdahulu sangat memiliki kehati-hatian. سَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَفَّانَ - يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " مَنْ قَالَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لاَ يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَىْءٌ فِي الأَرْضِ وَلاَ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ لَمْ تُصِبْهُ فَجْأَةُ بَلاَءٍ حَتَّى يُصْبِحَ وَمَنْ قَالَهَا حِينَ يُصْبِحُ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ لَمْ تُصِبْهُ فَجْأَةُ بَلاَءٍ حَتَّى يُمْسِيَ " . قَالَ فَأَصَابَ أَبَانَ بْنَ عُثْمَانَ الْفَالِجُ فَجَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ الَّذِي سَمِعَ مِنْهُ الْحَدِيثَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ مَا لَكَ تَنْظُرُ إِلَىَّ فَوَاللَّهِ مَا كَذَبْتُ عَلَى عُثْمَانَ وَلاَ كَذَبَ عُثْمَانُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَلَكِنَّ الْيَوْمَ الَّذِي أَصَابَنِي فِيهِ مَا أَصَابَنِي غَضِبْتُ فَنَسِيتُ أَنْ أَقُولَهَا . Narrated Uthman ibn Affan: Aban ibn Uthman said: I heard Uthman ibn Affan (his father) say: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: If anyone says three times: "In the name of Allah, when Whose name is mentioned nothing on Earth or in Heaven can cause harm, and He is the Hearer, the Knower" he will not suffer sudden affliction till the morning, and if anyone says this in the morning, he will not suffer sudden affliction till the evening. Aban was afflicted by some paralysis and when a man who heard the tradition began to look at him, he said to him: Why are you looking at me? I swear by Allah, I did not tell a lie about Uthman, nor did Uthman tell a lie about the Prophet (ﷺ), but that day when I was afflicted by it, I became angry and forgot to say them. جامع أبو دلف الواقع شمال سامراء من مساجد العراق التراثية الأثرية القديمة، شيده الخليفة العباسي العاشر ابو الفضل جعفر المتوكل على الله بن هارون الرشيد عام 246هـ/859م، وذكر المؤرخ البلاذري إن الخليفة بنى مدينة سماها المتوكلية، وبنى فيها مسجداً كبيراً سمي فيما بعد بمسجد أبي دلف شرقي مدينة سامرّاء. بني المسجد على مساحة مستطلية يتوسطها صحن مكشوف تحيط به أروقة أكبرها رواق القبلة، ويعد هذا المسجد من أكبر المساجد الإسلامية إذ تبلغ مساحة المسجد 46800 متر مربع، حيث يبلغ طول أضلاعه 260م،180م، وتقع منارة مئذنته الحلزونية خارج السور من الناحية الشمالية في أولى الزيادات التي أضيفت للمسجد في العهود اللاحقة ، سمي بعدها المسجد بأبي دلف في القرون المتأخرة نسبة لأبي دلف القاسم بن عيسى بن إدريس بن معقل العجلي أحد كبار رجال الدولة العباسية ومن قادتها في عهد الخليفة العباسي هارون الرشيد لما يتمتع به صاحب هذا الاسم من الشهرة ولأنه من أهل مدينة سامراء . مسجد ابي دلف 🕌 سامراء ، العراق 🇮🇶 Abu Dalaf Mosque, located northern #Samarra , is one of Iraq’s ancient #historical mosques. It was built by the tenth Abbasid Caliph, Abu Al-Fadhil Jaafar Al-Mutawakil Ali Allah ibn Harun Al-Rashid, in the year 246 AH/859 AD. The historian Al-Baladhuri mentioned that the caliph built a city he called by Al-Mutawakkiliyah, and built in it a large mosque that was later called Abu Dalaf Mosque. The mosque was built on a rectangular area with an open courtyard in the middle surrounded by #corridors with the largest of which called the Qibla corridor. This mosque is considered one of the largest #Islamic mosques by its time, as the area of the mosque is 46,800 square metres, with the length of its sides being 260m by 180m. The Kalyan Mosque (1514) complex in Bukhara includes the (still functioning) Mir-i-Arab madrassah from the C16th, and the famous 150-foot tapering baked brick Kalon minaret, built in 1127. Genghis Khan was so impressed by the tower that he spared its destruction. Mentioned by Fitzroy McLean on his visit in 1938, it was also known as the Tower of Death, as - until as late as 1920 - criminals were thrown from its summit, head first, to their death. La decoración es esencial en el arte islámico, mientras que en el occidental tiene un valor secundario. En occidente lo ornamental se aplica como adorno de la estructura del edificio, que es lo primordial. En las artes del Islam, la decoración llepa a enmascarar los materiales constructivos. Lo invade todo. Los patrones decorativos se obtienen repitiendo. elementos simples entrelazados o superpuestos. Unido al gusto por la simetría, se consigue un efecto dinámico y armonioso. El detalle no prevalece sobre el conjunto. No hay tensión entre motivos, sólo equilibrio. La reiteración infinita de los,temas es una metáfora de la eternidad que llena todo Existe una evolución en el empleo de los motivos vegetales. A través de Bizancio se toman del mundo clásico pero con un nuevo ritmo compositivo. Los fundamentales son rosetas, palmetas. hojas de acanto, hojas de vid y espirales. En época almohade predomina la decoración de hojas lisas. Posteriormente. los almorávides incorporan las hojas con digitaciones. En los años siouientes las fórmulas varían poco: palmas de una hoja, con o sin cáliz, palmas de dos hojas, simétricas o asimétricas, arrolladas o no en volutas, y la denominada pimiento, con o sin cáliz. Por influencia de la cultura persa sasánida se produce una estilización de los motivos vegetales, haciéndose irreconocibles. A este tipo de decoración se le denomina ataurique. The Mausoleum of Ismail Samanid, just outside the historic centre of Bukhara. Built in the C9/C10, it is considered one of the finest examples of early Islamic architecture, and the oldest funerary monument in Central Asia. Perfectly symmetrical, it consists of red, orange and yellow bricks arranged using 18 different techniques, and is brimming with symbols from the earlier Zoroastrian religion in its triangles (representing the Three Rules of Good words, good thoughts, good actions), and circles. The square base represents the earth, and the round dome, the sky. It's a truly magnificent building whose sobriety is refreshing after the sea of blue tiles in the city. Did you know, that during the era of the Ottoman Empire, the famous Parthenon of Athens, used to be a mosque? The original ancient Greek structure still maintained its original design, with the actual Muslim place of worship inside the structure itself. The first mosque was presumably built shortly after the Ottoman conquest of the area, which was destroyed by the Venetians during the siege of the Acropolis in 1687. The second mosque was built after, which stood till the 1840s. The 1st image is from 1670, a few years before its destruction. The mosque's minaret is clearly seen from the Acropolis of Athens. The 2nd image is from the 1830, depicted by Pierre Peytier, this was the second mosque, seemingly smaller in size, and without a minaret.
