Your psychology is affected by the energy your body produces. I know, your intention might be to help. On the other hand chronic, repetitive thinking that doesn’t lead to the solution can be one of the holes in your energy system and drain you over time. I know, your intention might be to help. If the person in front of you is not willing to learn or change their beliefs, you should not force the change in my opinion. It adds tension to both, it inhibits optimal energy flow and can drain you over time. The way we respond to the world and the life it is individual, right? We all can learn different things that way. What should we do instead, you might ask? Accept the world and be the energy that can influence the change. If you assume things, make sure to assume positive. Also, we should listen more. Listen more with intention to understand not to prove our point. Feeling cold in your body prompts you to put more clothes on right? Singal of feeling cold while driving a car makes you close window right? Feeling cold somewhere in the middle of winter might prompts you drink your favorite warmth drink. Feeling low on energy in the morning or after meal is a signal from your body too. It is a signal that you need to improve energy production inside your body. Each time you are weaken from lack of energy, your body tries to compensate. Optimal function of of your organs might be impaired. If you don’t take actions your body does! Your body will make you feel awake again. It tries to motivate you (and save you) with producing more cortisol and the systemic stress response. You might ask why you can’t live with high cortisol all the time? In other words… asking your body to produce energy from protein is inefficient and ineffective. We might switch to eating just protein for a variety of reasons. Some may do it as part of a specific diet plan for weight loss. When we keep general population on diets based on protein, we ask their body’s to adapt to survival mode and we miss out on basics. Over consumption of protein leads to energy wastage and lower metabolic rate. Wrong diet might be the reason of your energy lack. It can lead to energy deficiency in your organs and the rest of your body, you end up feeling tired most of the time. Producing energy from protein is not efficient and your body have to compensate energy deficiency with harmful stress response. Balancing a challenging activities with calming ones is essential for maintaining energy levels. Some challenging activities could include high-intensity workouts or learning a new skill (learning new skill requires abundant energy). For calming activities, you could try meditation or listening to soothing music. Our bodies constantly use water for regulation of temperature and energy production. Dehydration means less conduction of energy in your body and it results as fatigue. Nutrition is what supports your body. You can’t produce abundantly energy without natural food. Sleep is an essential element of your recovery processes. Different individuals require different amount of sleep. Do you wake refreshed before your alarm or do you wake up tired? Do you feel wide awake when you are supposed to fall asleep? Dysregulated sleep, a lack of energy and mood swings can be your first signs of fatigue. Take them seriously or you could exhaust your adrenals and this is where life for most people begins to end. Instead of treating training like a magic pill that will keep you healthy, speak to a professional that is health oriented. They will be able to help you. They will teach you how to use training and nutrition correctly. Avoid immature people that project their 4-5 times a week weight sessions. Who knows, they might be using some ”doping”; so called “steroids”. If you ask for my opinion immature people should not be personal trainers. When you eat large breakfast and large lunch… you increase your metabolism 🏆 You are saying to your body we have plenty of food; we don’t starve; we can work on improving. Fasting in the late afternoon/evening combined with increased metabolism will make you feel amazing the next day. When you starve yourself in the morning you increase stress hormones; that will break down your thymus, your brain, your muscles. Any stress (physical or mental) can... and will slow down or even stop the way your body produces energy (ATP). The more stressors your body is exposed to, the more cells can turn from oxidation of the food to fermeting sugars (glycolysis) (we don't want that). Your organs like liver, brain, skin, and other tissues like hair, and nails don't get enough energy when you ferment food & you take risk of creating acidosis in your body (cellular respiration is the main way for your body to produce energy called ATP). When someone starts training... there are a variety of common mistakes they can make when going by themselves, without additional help and knowledge. The two big mistakes that most beginners make are that they train the same things as everyone else (which isn’t optimal as everyone is an individual with a different body shape & different lifestyle). and the second mistake is that they value training over nutrition. This one is important because bad nutrition can heavily impede your progress in training. When I made decision that I was going to return to West Yorkshire... to live closer to my son... Why the quality of your food matters... Essential nutrient depravation is common reason of energy loss, and health problems in people ✅ Lack of essential nutrients is a common thing, NOT only in individuals with specific body types or individuals that are underweighted. Essential nutrient deprivation is also a common thing in people that eat a lot. Boring looking, same/simple foods can keep your body in starvation of essential nutrients too. I see that a lot You eat a lot, but you are feeling more like you “full” than satisfied. Lack of nutrients can affect every aspect of your life. Physical and mental. Cardiovascular training a.k.a. cardio... It doesn't matter if you use weights, body weight exercises or you simply walk... All of them can be classified as cardio training or not. What does matter is if you are able provide enough oxygen for your body for your metabolically active tissues. If you can maintain a slow and calm breathing pattern (ideally through your nose) then you are in the aerobic zone. Then you support your most efficient way of metabolism with enough oxygen while you are moving - well done 😊 However, if you go a little bit harder, or you move faster, the resistance to your actions is greater, and you, your body most likely needs more oxygen, as the requirement from the body will be greater too and you don't do “cardio anymore” - you are entering anaerobic zone! Does that make a sense? Not the form of your training but the way your metabolism goes - says if you are in aerobic or in anaerobic zone. Any form of training that requires more oxygen than you can easily supply is most likely anaerobic training. It breaks down sugars to support metabolism (not oxygen), is more demanding for your body, and creates lactic acid as a by-product (and you feel sourness 1-2 days after). #konradnemeczek #lifecoaching #personaltrainer #jdgyms

Weight training makes your body produce a high amount of norepinephrine (adrenaline). It increases your heart rate. It also reduces blood flow in your gut and skin. You are not able to digest food and your body is under “stress”. Do you want to maximize the results of your training? You have to lower your stress levels after your trainings. Lower “adrenaline” levels in your body. A high level of “adrenaline” in your body makes it impossible for muscle growth, body to recover, fat loss or even deep sleep.
