How has 2022 been for you so far? January is often a time where we find ourselves succumbing to the darkness that led up to the Winter Solstice. It is a dry, bitterly cold month that leaves us feeling paralyzed, stuck, dark, and even depressed. Our body's are mostly water and as this is reflected outside, we are frozen. After the energizing holiday season and this year with the restrictions and limits on social gatherings we have been hit even harder with elements outside our control that bring our spirits down. January 26th marks Bell Let's Talk day, but in light of Bell's behaviour in relations to how they treated their own employees during difficult times and how they manage their finances, their actions have spoken loud about what is important, and it's not communities mental health.
