(IN)SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA: ARMAS DE CACS 🚨 O empresário Vagner Borges Dias, conhecido como Latrell Brito, apontado como o líder de um esquema criminoso envolvendo licitações que favoreciam empresas ligadas ao Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC), possui registro de Caçador, Atirador e Colecionador (CAC) e pelo menos três armas de fogo. O suspeito é considerado foragido da Justiça e a reportagem não localizou a defesa dele. Conforme denúncia oferecida pelo Ministério Público de São Paulo (MPSP), que obteve conversas e imagens do celular de Latrell, o empresário e pagodeiro utilizava as armas, mesmo que legalizadas, de forma ilícita. Em um dos vídeos obtidos pela investigação e descritos em relatório, Latrell pergunta a um interlocutor se deveria resolver o conflito sobre o qual conversavam com um dos três “brinquedinhos”, referindo-se às armas. A denúncia foi obtida pelo Estadão. Segundo as investigações do Ministério Público, houve infiltração de uma quadrilha ligada ao PCC em prefeituras e câmaras municipais do interior e da Grande São Paulo para assumir contratos de limpeza e serviços que superam R$ 200 milhões. De acordo com promotores, o esquema abrangeu 18 cidades da Região Metropolitana de São Paulo, da Baixada Santista e do interior. O Ministério Público de São Paulo descobriu que membros do PCC subornavam servidores municipais paulistas para influenciar os editais de licitação em favor dos criminosos. Um documento encontrado no celular de um dos investigados ligados à facção revelou a elaboração de um edital destinado à contratação de uma empresa para serviços em escolas e creches da prefeitura de Ferraz de Vasconcelos, na Grande São Paulo. Contudo, segundo os promotores, algumas cláusulas desfavoreciam os interesses do grupo criminoso. Por isso, eles exigiram a exclusão de certos itens e a inclusão de uma planilha que beneficiasse o PCC. Em uma mensagem de texto relacionada a uma licitação da prefeitura de Mogi das Cruzes, também na Grande São Paulo, um suspeito deixou claro que o objetivo era manipular os editais: “Se não tivermos a oportunidade de redigirmos o edital, não venceremos nunca”. 📝 #Licitação #Corrupção
