🗺 Camino - den 6 🗺 👣 40 598 kroků 🧭 30 km 🩹 0 puchýřů (stále) 📌 120 km do Santiaga Dneska. Byla. KRIZE. Naštěstí ne manželská. Ráno jsme vstávali za tmy kvůli hodinovému posunu času a navíc pršelo. 🌧 Za celé dopoledne jsme zmokli tak pětkrát a to jsme byli na osmém ze třiceti kilometrů a nevěděli jsme, že nás čeká kvůli uzavřené cestě 12 kilometrů bez pauzy. Zítra nás čeká nejdelší úsek z celého Camina a doufáme, že bude o něco hezčí. Z dneška si budu pamatovat památník z kamínků u jednoho z patníků. Kamínky tam dávají poutníci většinou za své blízké, kteří s nimi již Camino jít nemohou. 🖤 Hodně kamínků odkazovalo na dobu covidovou. A to mě hodilo zpátky z módu "remcal" do módu "vděčnost". Santiago de Compostela. Eines möchte ich vorweg klarstellen: 20 km im Regen laufen, macht keinen Spaß und schnell waren wir auch nicht. Wir haben heute Morgen ewig getrödelt und sind erst um 9 Uhr zur Tür raus. Wie immer zuerst Frühstück und dann erst los. Zumindest für meinen Körper ist das der beste Start. Kein Frühstück vor dem Laufen, sorgt zumindest bei mir für sehr schnell sehr schlechte Laune und ich fühle mich sehr schnell körperlich ausgelaugt. Es gibt da auch andere Typen: Mein aktueller Wanderbuddy würde morgens auch ohne Frühstück klar kommen. Viel zu spät sind wir dann im Regen los gelaufen. Niemand hatte darauf Bock. Unter den Ponchos wurde es warm. Wasser kam also von oben, von unten und dazu noch von innen durch das schwitzen. Nach knapp 9 km in einem Café machten wir Pause und wärmten uns auf. Der Regen hörte auf und bei Sonnenschein ging es mit den letzten 10 km weiter. Der Einlauf nach Santiago war recht unspektakulär. Nach einem Bier ging es dann ins Hotel. Ich war für alles andere einfach zu müde. Fazit nach fünf Wochen Camino: Ich habe mir in der Zeit kein Blase gelaufen bzw. nur einmal eine sehr kleine, die über Nacht abgeheilt ist. Zu Gott habe ich nicht gefunden. Ich bilde mir ein, Körperfett verloren zu haben. Menschen, Geräusche, Autos und Co stressen mich zumindest momentan mehr als noch vor fünf Wochen. Ansonsten fühle ich mich erstaunlich fit. Keine ernsthaften körperlichen Beschwerden. Keine Schienbeinentzündungen oder ähnliches. Falls sich jemand fragt, ob ich jemals abbrechen wollte: Ja. Als ich krank wurde und drei Tage pausieren musste, war der Gedanke sehr präsent. Ich habe das getan was ich sonst auch tue, wenn ich nicht weiter weiß. Eins nach dem anderen und von Tag zu Tag planen. In mich hinein hören und zuhören was ich gerade brauche. Manchmal ist es Trost, manchmal eine Umarmung, manchmal meine Ruhe und manchmal sind es einfach Grundbedürfnisse die gestillt werden wollen (Hunger, Pipi, müde, kalt. Man kennt es). Well that nearly took the 'buen' out of the usual 'buen Camino'. That was hard, hard (insert appropriate expletive) hard! 20 km fairly flat with a last 8 km of unrelenting up in rain, mud and wind. 🔴 Cammino Portoghese: le isole Cies, il paradiso terrestre! 🟢 A pochi km da Vigo, di fronte alla città attraversata dal Cammino Portoghese c’è un luogo magico, un autentico paradiso terrestre! 🔴 Sono le Isole Cies, tre isole che fanno parte del Parco Nazionale Marittimo Terrestre delle Isole Oceaniche di Galizia, un’area protetta di 8500 ettari che si estende nella zona dei Rias Baixas. 🟢 Quando percorriamo il Cammino Portoghese da Vigo, e il tempo lo permette, vi porto sempre in questo luogo incredibile: c’è la bianchissima spiaggia di “praia de rodas”, poi la passeggiata che porta nel punto dell’isola, sul faro! A Ministry of Religious Affairs senior official said on Monday the Haj flight operation to airlift 68,800 intending Pakistani pilgrims of government’s regular scheme will start on May 9. Federal Secretary for Religious Affairs Syed Attaur Rehman told a news briefing here that 34,300 intending pilgrims would directly land in Madina, while 34,500 would arrive in Jeddah for further travel to Makkah. The pre-Haj flight operation will conclude on June 9. For the first time, all the contingent of Pakistan would get train station tickets for travel during Mashair days from Mina to Arafat, Muzdalifa and Jamarat. He said 63pc of pilgrims would be in Old Mina and 37pc in New Mina. “People don't take trips, trips take people.” The walled city of Lo Manthang, famed as the Forbidden Kingdom, is nestled amidst the breathtaking landscape of Upper Mustang. 29 APR 2024 [朝聖之路 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝟮𝟵 ］ 享受了一天很棒的休息日和西班牙陽光☀️✨ 從昨天中午開始不知道為什麼心情就開始不好 持續到了今天早上 早上開始走了的時候就ㄙㄧㄢˇㄙㄧㄢˇ的 發現原因就是 不想走路啊.ᐟ.ᐟ 👩🏻🦯➡️ 自從4/7進醫院有休息日以外，都沒有休息日了 今天被提醒到可能走太久了 沒有好好休息 意識到心裡這樣變的不太健康 一直想說已經剩最後5天要到Santiago 了 就走路完成👣 反而變成為了走而走 沒有辦法好好享受旅程⛰️ 發現心情緒悶悶的原因後 馬上心情就好起來了😆 然後直接查了是不是有公車抵達下一個庇護所 更幸運的是 當時早上快9點 馬上就有一班公車 錯過就要等到下午1點了👏🏻 到Potomarin後看得非常非常非常多朝聖者， 情緒跟內心都感到很不舒服也很想吐 我想是因為走前面600多公里人都少少的，也習慣了 突然這麼多朝聖者和聲音 很不習慣，很驚恐⋯ 雖然我很活潑 但是也真的很有人群恐懼💦 在找庇護所的時候， 很奇妙的遇到朝聖之路第二天入住Borda的Helen .ᐟ.ᐟ 已經11點了她竟然還沒出發 如果我沒有在找住宿、她若沒有停下悠哉吃早餐 我們就錯過了😨 我們兩個互相講訴多想念Borda的大家及對方 我告訴她 我的心裡多恐慌，還有多高興再看到她 然後就哭出來了😢 我們擁抱很多很多次 她持續走往朝聖之路 她也哭了 💧 不斷不斷回頭跟我揮手 我也在原地揮手看她離開 我們互相都哭了 在Borda建立起的感情 讓我們真的很像一家人👨👩👧👦 也確認Borda大家和我幾乎會到終點Santiago 的時間 希望我們都能再次團聚一起💞 到了Potomarin後很悠閒的逛超市、找庇護所、逛市區， 吃整大包洋芋片 買大罐可樂 好好的休息～ヽ(✿ﾟ▽ﾟ)ノ 以及很幸運在有湖景能住到剩下唯一床位的Albergue💖 （100多個床位還是很熱門，真的需要預定😅） 雖然錯過了100km的貝殼石碑好可惜 但今天Day Off好好休息也好好調適心態 明天開始繼續走也都會有很多朝聖者了～ 一路上也都會有很棒的事情發生的～ Enjoy Camino💛 𝑩𝒖𝒆𝒏!
