I have adjusted the chillies as per my taste. Vegetables are now an essential part of my diet. Growing up I would think of creative ways to stay away from my veggies. Crispy beans 65!!! Why to have boring beans instead make it crisp ππ Recipe - slit the beans first and cut in to medium small pieces, add a full spoon of red chilli powder , half a teaspoon of jeera powder and garam masala, add half a spoon of maida / besan ( i used maida as i donβt have besan) , half a spoon of rice flour, a tea spoon of corn flour, then add some freshly crushed ginger and garlic for the absolute taste !! Mix all together with just 2 spoons of water!! Adjust the salt and consistency!! Let it marinate in sun for around 10 mins !! Thas all !! Fry it !! Smacking pepper mutton chuka for the lunch π€€π€€ #goodfoodgoodlife #snehacooks #munchingbrownie Recipe- cook the mutton in a cooker just with salt and turmeric for around 5to 6 whistles !!! Other side take jeera, pepper corns, saunf, garlic, red dry chillies and grind smoothly after that on the same jar a small pinch of coconut too and grind that too. Thatβs all - in hot oil pan , add little curry leaves, then add the ground mixture in to the oil wait the mixture to cook moderately then add the cooked mutton and some coriander powder and adjust the salt and spicy here and let it cook in slow flame for about 10 mins. Garnish with fresh coriander and some more pepper!!!
