Mushroom and Bok Choy Stir-Fry Ingredients: Sauce: 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce (or regular oyster sauce) 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil Slurry: 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons water Stir-Fry: 1 lb (450 g) baby bok choy, cut into large bite-size pieces Pinch of salt 2 1/2 tablespoons peanut oil 1 lb (450 g) brown mushrooms, halved or quartered 4 dried Chinese chili peppers 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, minced 2 green onions, sliced Directions: Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, combine water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, and sesame oil. Set aside. Prepare the slurry: In another small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Cook the bok choy: Heat 1/4 cup water in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Classic Beef and Rice Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe Ingredients: 6 green bell peppers 1 pound ground beef 1 onion, diced 1 cup cooked rice 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside. Garlic Honey Mustard Chicken It was my first time making it but it came out pretty well. I season the chicken first with salt and pepper, and while it cooked on the stove set out to make the sauce. I had pre-minced the garlic before cooking the chicken so I could put it in the saucepan right away to let it brown before making the sauce. Sauce consists of 3 tablespoons of honey, 3 teaspoons of dijon mustard, 3ish cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 cup of water, and a bit of salt. Finally just poured the sauce over the chicken still in the pan and let it cook until I felt it was done (sauce was sticking to the chicken). I also decided to garnish it with sesame seeds and scallions. This bean salad checks ALL the boxes for me!! Oh man, I could have ate the whole lot of it....but I was nice and shared it with a few special individuals 😘 Italian Bean Antipasto Salad (Makes a lot....good for a BBQ dish to pass) INGREDIENTS 🔹️1- 15oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed 🔹️1- 15oz can of red kidney beans, drained and rinsed 🔹️1- 15oz can of canellini beans, drained and rinsed 🔹️1- 15oz jar of artichoke hearts, drained and rough chopped 🔹️½ of a 12oz jar of roasted red pepper strips, drained and rough chopped 🔹️½ cup of mild pepperoncini, drained and rough chopped 🔹️½ of an 8.5oz jar of sundried tomatoes in oil, DONT DRAIN, remove tomatoes, rough chop. (Will use oil for dressing below) 🔹️¼ of small red onion, fine diced 🔹️1- 8oz brick of mozzarella, cut into small ¼inch cubes 🔹️½ cup shredded parmesan 🔹️1 big handful each of fresh parsley and basil, rough chopped DRESSING 🔹️¼ cup of oil, half from the tomatoes and half from EVOO. 🔹️2 to 3 tbsps of red wine vinegar 🔹️1 to 2 tbsps of fresh lemon juice 🔹️1 TO 2 tbsps of Trader Joe's Aglio Olio seasoning(or just Italian seasoning) 🔹️1 tsp sugar 🔹️Garlic salt and black pepper, to taste. 🔶️ Chop and combine all the ingredients in a large bowl Make the dressing and combine with the other ingredients. I have a lot of non-recipe recipes. Some are on my blog. Most are in my head. Which necessarily means they don't ever come out the same because my memory is sh*t. That's not a bad thing though... at least when it comes to cooking.⁠ ⁠ These Lemon Pesto Fish Fillets are a perfect example of a non-recipe recipe. Kind of like a Cooking For Dummies dinner... but I need that. These are often the best kind of dinners. As an aside, when we were buying @theharvestinn, I actually read Bed & Breakfasts For Dummies. I really did -- and it was great.⁠ ⁠ Pesto and lemon are two ingredients that you can put on almost anything and have it turn out great. I have non-recipe recipes for pesto and lemon fish, chicken, potatoes, broccoli. You name it and pesto and lemon will likely make it better.⁠ ⁠ In the summer, I love to make fresh pestos. I use basil or arugula a lot. Sometimes sun dried tomatoes and olives. Or kale or cilantro or garlic scapes. I could go on and on. All you do... and I guess this is a non-recipe recipe within another non-recipe recipe... is toss your herb or veggie into the food processor with raw garlic, some type of nut, lemon (I love to use lemon zest too), salt, pepper, olive oil and you are done. I don't normally add cheese, but you certainly can. Sometimes a little hot pepper can be awesome too.⁠ ⁠ Oh, and by the way, oftentimes, I use store or farm bought pesto. Because easy is never underrated.⁠ ⁠ Basil has anti-viral and anti-bacterial capabilities. It also is good for settling your stomach, and it’s good at lessening the symptoms of the common cold. It is a spiritual herb — the scent actually calms you; you can boil some in a pot and let the aroma fill the air, you can just leave some around the house, you can toss a bunch in your bath water (yes, really). So... for all of you traditional pesto lovers, you are onto something!⁠ ⁠ Lemon peels contain calcium, potassium and vitamin C. Lemons are good for your stomach, they help detoxify your body, they balance your pH and they act as an antibacterial. White wine + brown butter scallops ✨✨✨✨ A favorite in my house, so simple, so quick & so delicious 🤤 they melt in your mouth 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽 save for later! 🔖 Ingredients: 1 lb scallops rinse + dry (If frozen, thawed) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt ½ tsp pepper White wine garlic sauce 2 tbsp butter of choice 4 garlic cloves minced (or way more if you’re like me) ½ cup white wine (Chardonnay) 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley salt and pepper to taste Directions: 1. Get your pan hot like real hot!! 2. Add olive oil, pat dry your scallops & season with salt + pepper before adding to the pan with olive oil. Don’t over crowd the pan or else you won’t get that yummy searing!! 3. panfry for 2-3 minutes per side until they are golden brown and seared on both sides. 4. Remove all the scallops from the pan and set aside. 5. Melt the butter in the pan, add garlic. cook for 1 min. then pour in the white wine, lemon juice and parsley. 6. Bring the sauce to a boil. reduce to simmer & cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce has reduced slightly. 7. Add scallops back into the pan and allow to heat through.

SOFT CHEESY EGGS (that aren’t soft because they’re undercooked 😉) My dad used to make these for my sister and I all the time and after making them today I felt like I needed to share. Simple ✨but the cream cheese really takes a scramble to the next level. 2 eggs ~ 1-2 tablespoons cream cheese I like to add it in smaller bits ~ sprinkle of shredded cheese (I use cheddar) 2-4 tablespoons butter to grease the pan then I also add a tablespoon or so while scrambling (or a splash of milk/heavy cream) Salt and pepper to taste The cream cheese gives it a soft scrambled omelette texture - even cooked well done they are still so buttery and soft. Question: do you scramble your eggs in a bowl before adding to the pan or do you like to scramble in the pan. Let’s make… THAI GREEN CURRY Ingredients needed: Garlic 🧄 Mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 Veggies (baby corn, broccoli, carrots) 🥦 Thai green curry paste Coconut milk 🥥 Protein of choice (prawns/chicken) Rice (optional to serve) Serves 2 Method: 1. Start by washing and cutting your mushrooms and vegetables. 2. Heat some extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add your garlic and mushrooms. Fry until they are soft and starting to turn brown. 3. Add your chosen vegetables. For this dish we used carrots, tenderstem broccoli and baby corn. However you can use alternatives if you prefer. Stir fry until they have started to soften. 4. Add your chosen protein. We used prawns, however you can also use chicken if you like! 5. Add your seasoning. We used paprika, sea salt and black pepper. 6. Add a pot of green Thai curry paste. Mix it in until dissolved. If you feel that it’s a little too thick you can add a splash of hot water. But you won’t need too much as you will be adding coconut milk too which will water down the sauce. 7. Add a can of coconut milk. Mix it in and allow the sauce to simmer until thickened and bubbling. 8. Serve this dish with rice and enjoy! It’s really that simple! 近期有朋友、酒友、同事都在討論煎牛排🥩~ 雖然我不是什麼專業人士,但是還是可以分享一些基本SOP,有興趣的還是可以當參考看看,相信不用烤箱沒有器材也可以「在家煎好牛排」👍👍👍 選肉:澳洲7歲+純草飼老母和牛肋眼 MB4 厚度3.5公分 建議選菲力/肋眼/翼板等 前置作業:完全退冰外,常溫退冰25分鐘(中心溫度比較不會這麼冰) 步驟: 1. 乾燒熱鍋大火不加油約一分鐘 2. 放肉開始計時210秒 3. 用夾子把肉邊緣都過10秒 4. 另外一面再200秒 5. 準備錫箔紙攤開備用 6. 再翻回原本面10秒關火,20秒左右拿起來放錫箔紙上灑上百里香、迷迭香等等包起來,靜置15分鐘 7. 小火熱鍋丟奶油放丁香等等 8. 牛排15分鐘後回煎快速10秒翻一次面接觸奶油和香料約反覆來回各兩次 9. 切盤上桌,熟度Medium Rare我只能叫到這裡… 關鍵字:完全退冰、常溫退冰25分鐘、肉三公分以上 以上分享~請自行取用😌 #阿湯廚房 #煎牛排 #食譜 #簡易食譜 #recipe #simplerecipes #牛排 #steak #steaklover #在家煎牛排

Alguém disse isso e mais algumas coisas, e aqui eu compartilho de alguns pensamentos que diria que concordo, não apenas para jogar no ar e ver no que vai dar, do tipo " insta enquete". Acabo de inventar que até para pensar você consulta o que vai dar # e os trends mais top. Bom, como disseram, o homem foi à Lua (há quem duvide) e quando voltou, nada mudou. Movimenta-se milhões para determinadas causas, algumas que caem mais na graça da mídia (# tá bombando), e de uma forma estrategicamente distante, eu ajudo o pássaro de cauda azul com pintas douradas a sobreviver (e eu quero!), mas na hora de olhar pra perto de você e fazer a real diferença, anos-luz se fazem distantes. O ser humano, de fato, "cuida" de causas animais, pouco ou nada da causa humana, que é deles própria. Quando alguém, por exemplo, passa de uma certa idade fisicamente (n.1) e por razões que sejam ou falta de razão quaisquer que sejam, vê sua vida desmoronar diante de si, é um agravante. Ela tem capacidade (n. 2), mas um bloqueio somado a nós e prováveis outras intervenções, a fazem alçar vôo nenhum. En vacances, c’est vite fait, bien fait. Voici la recette de poulet curry la plus rapide de l’histoire de l’ouest. Chickpea Vegetable Stew 🥘 This made about 4 servings so perfect for meal prep for weekly dinners or lunches. You can eat on its own or have with some rice or quinoa! Ingredients 1 tin drained chickpeas 2 sweet potatoes 1 aubergine 1 white onion 1 courgette 1 tin chopped tomatoes 100g cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp tomato paste 3 garlic cloves 100g spinach Salt & pepper Pinch chilli flakes 1 tsp cumin and paprika 1. Chop the veg into cubes. 2. Boil a pot of water in a pan and add the chopped potatoes for 15 minutes until they are tender. 3. Place another pan over medium heat, add some olive oil and the onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until soft. 4. Add the coconut milk, chopped tomatoes and chopped sweet potatoes to the pan. Bring it to boil and leave to simmer for 15 minutes. 5. Add the courgettes, chickpeas, aubergine, cherry tomatoes and cook for another 15-20 minutes into all the veg is soft. 6. Healthy pancakes Ingredients: 1 ripe banana 1 cup oats 1/2 cup oat milk (or any milk of your choice) 1/4 cup yogurt (plain or flavored, Greek yogurt works well) 1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt Optional: honey, maple syrup, or fruit for serving Instructions: In a blender or food processor, blend the oats until they form a fine flour-like consistency. In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and baking powder. In another mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth. To the mashed banana, add oat milk and yogurt. Mix until well combined.
