Typographie développée pour l’identité d’un dossier de candidature pour une cession d’état d’un bâtiment Historique. Il s’agissait de l’hôtel du Timbre à Paris. Projet dans lequel nous avons eu le plaisir de travailler avec Alice Cabaret fondatrice de @thestreetsociety. Adrien a travaillé à partir des polices de caractères « Modernes », telles que la Didot ou encore la Bodoni, qui ont émergé au 19ème siècle et qui étaient utilisées par l'Hôtel du Timbre lors de son activité. Afin de faire écho au projet architectural proposé, Adrien a ajouté aux caractères plus de fluidité et d'ouverture, tout en conservant la solide structure initiale de la Didot. __ Typography developed for the identity of an application for the transfer of a historic building. This was the Hôtel du Timbre in Paris. We had the pleasure of working on this project with Alice Cabaret, founder of @thestreetsociety. Adrien's work was based on 'Modern' typefaces, such as Didot and Bodoni, which emerged in the 19th century and were used by the Hôtel du Timbre. Swipe & zoom 🔎 Have you ever been to the 4th dimension?! 👇🏻 👇🏻 👇🏻 ✨For this edition of the 36 Days of Type, I've chosen a space themed term that involves each number as inspiration for it's design! Today's term for number 4 is the 4th dimension! In astronomy, time is often thought of as an additional dimension. If you've ever heard the phrase "space time continuum," that refers to the typical length, width, and height planes, combined with time as the fourth! ✨ While the space time continuum is more of a concept than a perceive-able measurement, shapes called tesseracts, or hypercubes are often used to help us visualize the idea. So for my number 4, I tried to construct my own tesseract of 4 4's! I added some holographic overlays from my Holo pack to give it a more mysterious vibe, a subtle reflection, and of course.. Sparkles 😍 ✨ I have to say, this absolutely warped my brain is so many ways I can't even explain it 😂 When I finished this piece, I wasn't even sure where the front was hahaha but I love a good optical illusion so I wanted to share my vision of the space time continuum with you! ✨ What do you think of this 4D number 4? UPDATE ON FINAL 46PGS. MAGAZINE ISSUE UPDATE ON LAST KISS Very short notice. I had a phone call with production manager today several times about last thing to produce for Last Kiss and this is cardboard jacket for all 4 volumes. Long story short, i must made decision , will we made metal tool for making cardboard jacket based on calculation of total pages or to wait that every volume will be cut to dimensions and make metal tool based on real finished volumes. I don't want to risk now because of few days more and deliver you loose cardboard jacket which is posible of we do it based on calculation and not on finished volumes. We already prolonged production for 15 days but i don't want mess up now at the end because of few days more. I please you personaly and in the name of whole redaction for few more days in order to have perfect cardboard jacket. At Thursday we will definitely know when shipping starts. Amb l’exposició i el catàleg de Maria Sanmartí hem posat el nostre petit gra de sorra per explicar l’obra oblidada d’aquesta artista que va treballar a mitjans del S.XX. Mare del pintor Antoni Clavé, va tenir un gran reconeixement a Europa i a casa nostra, però que va quedar oblidada absurdament. Una de les coses més boniques d’aquesta professió, el disseny gràfic, és que ens dóna l’oportunitat de conèixer artistes en profunditat i amb aquest coneixement podem ajudar al seu reconeixement. Exposició excel·lentment comissariada per Aitor Quiney amb el meravellós suport de l’Anna Maluquer i l’Anna Rodríguez de la Fundació Palau. During a recent trip to Prague, I was inspired (as I have always been) by the Art Nouveau architecture and typography that I saw, well, everywhere! I was also told by a friend to try a Pilsner while I was there, and of course I did. (See one of the photos for proof!) . However, I couldn’t resist sketching while I was enjoying the Pilsner. I couldn’t resist sketching an ambigram. I couldn’t bring in some Art Nouveau elements into the equation. And finally, I couldn’t resist turning it into actual beer can packaging. .
