Для меня это ребус - не иначе 😂 Я в приложении несколько лет отмечала свои 🩸дни. Когда узнала , что забеременела, сразу нажала там соответствующую клавишу, интерфейс поменялся на подсчет 🤰недель. Начинаю вспоминать 1 день крайних 🩸. Не получается. Лезу в приложение, ищу, нахожу 30 июня 🤔 Если так, то я должна была родить в апреле. Врачу сказала что 30 июля, наверно +-2 дня ошиблась. Врач сначала считает ПДР 7 мая, потом говорит 2 мая. Приложение в это время говорит 4 мая. Вчера залезла в итог второго скрининга, там ПДР 7 мая (получается сегодня 🙈). С доулой списались, говорит, +2 недели можно еще проходить. 7+14=21 мая - это первый день Близнецов. Я офигею , если так получится 😂 Что я имею ввиду? 30/100- 100daysoflumière BALTHAZAR ♡ Il fait le gars vénère ( et ouais je prend la pause), mais au fond de lui, ce n’est pas du tout le cas. Il pleure aussi fort qu’il rit, met tout son cœur à vouloir faire plaisir. Surtout à moi. “Je veux que tu sois heureuse maman.” La moindre petite attention qui pourrait me faire plaisir, il met tout en œuvre pour la réaliser. Il est capable de me dire je t’aime, de me faire un câlin et, dans la minute qui suit, de dire ‘adieu, tu ne rentres pas dans ma chambre sauf pour ranger mes habits !’ Je pourrais passer mon temps à noter tout ce qu’il me dit, tellement, même en colère, il y met tout son cœur et toute la gestuelle qui va avec. Il vit ses émotions et ses sentiments tellement fort. À 9 ans, toi qui as si hâte d’avoir 15 ans pour avoir ton chien à toi. Il aime les animaux plus que les hommes, mais pour ça il a bien raison 🌈 Toi qui es si déroutant, si difficile à apprivoiser parfois, qui pleure beaucoup parce que trouver sa place entre ses deux frères est difficile. Balthazar, toi qui fusionnes avec moi, mais à trop t’aimer parfois, ça éclate. Tu me déstabilises tellement tu me ressembles. Toi à qui on disait « bon anniversaire » toute la journée mais qui répétais à tout le monde qu’il n’était pas encore 17h45, donc tu n’avais pas encore 9 ans. Definitely the longest pregnancy I’ve ever experienced! But she’s definitely worth it . God is so good . The crazy thing is it went zero to 100 real quick . Last night I barely could finish Zumba class . This morning at 3 I literally started experiencing contractions but not consistent. Throughout the day they were strong but would come and go . Everytime I tried to nap it they would wake me up out of my sleep . I finally decided to take a bath and that was the end of it . By the time I got out the contractions were so strong I knew it was time and I was all by myself at home 😂😂 I was nervous & scared to think I would have to deliver the baby at home by myself . So I called my midwife and she talked to me the whole way to my house , thank goodness my husband and mother n law made it at the same time . My midwife was 15 minutes away so I laid on my side to try to slow down the labor whew that was crazy . It was too late for the pool but honestly by that time I didn’t even care . When my midwife got there I was ready to push . Literally within a few pushes she was out . I felt so relieved . My water didn’t break so she came out holding her bag which was so cute and I actually got to feel it before it broke . This was an amazing experience! Do you want to know a little secret? The footage from yesterdays pregnancy facial was filmed after my clients treatment had finished. I didn't intend on filming any content as I was just totally focused on her comfort and didn’t want her to feel anything other than total relaxation. Birth story time! Momma’s third VBAC! Anna is a client that Midwife Kari was able to get the pleasure of working with previously at the birth center and this time with BJC midwives. Anna and Kyle were excited to add their fourth child to their family! Anna had a normal, healthy pregnancy. She patiently waited for baby to come. At 41 weeks and 3 days, she came for her routine prenatal visit with her bags packed and ready to go in the car hoping that we could get things going while they were already in town (they live 1.5hrs away!). At her visit, she passed her NST with flying colors, but her fluid check (routinely done at 41 1/2 weeks) showed polyhydramnios- excessive amniotic fluid. With the extra fluid, being 10 days past the due date, and the patient desiring it, we moved to an induction. Since Anna’s first birth was a C-section, our induction methods were limited. We started with pitocin and things moved steadily and smoothly! She had no labor complications and soon was in transition. When Midwife Kari arrived things were rocking and rolling and soon she felt the urge to push. This sweet baby made her work harder for pushing than expected with baby #4. Anna was strong and focused and brought perfect Miss Emma here in about 30 mins of pushing. Kyle caught his daughter and brought her up to Mom for skin to skin. We waited until the placenta delivered to cut the cord to allow fully delayed cord clamping. It was a beautiful birth and her third successful VBAC! Congrats Anna and Kyle on the arrival of Miss Emma!! She is precious!! Welcome Miss Hazel! First time mom birth story! Maddie and husband Matt were planning an intervention free birth for their first pregnancy. Maddie was prepared and confident as she neared her due date. Her due date came and went but she held strong. She was positive and seemed unphased about passing her due date- she knew this was a normal thing especially with first babies. She had a normal, healthy pregnancy and was feeling good! We reviewed that while Lyndsay and I feel comfortable waiting up to 42 weeks for spontaneous labor, that we still give the option of any induction anytime sooner if mom desires. Maddie felt confident in her body and baby and opted to patiently wait. We put an induction on the books for 41w5d. BUT, sweet baby Hazel decided to start labor on her own the morning of the scheduled induction!! Maddie’s water broke and contractions started! She worked beautifully through labor and opted for the comfort of an epidural when things were intensifying. Maddie was able to rest and nap while her body finished the work of dilating and moving baby down! After a smooth labor, with no hiccups, it was time to push! Maddie was positive and confident and brought Miss Hazel here with perfect strength! Mom and baby snuggled skin to skin while we delayed cord clamping until the pulsing fully stopped. Mom and baby stayed skin to skin for the first few hours to encourage a normal transition including optimal heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature and glucose control for baby as well as bonding for Mom. Congrats to Maddie and Matt on the arrival of precious Miss Hazel!! It’s the end of #blackmaternalhealthweek and I’ve read birth stories of women who have endured through so much in their #birthing experience. To bring life into this world is truly a blessing and should not be taken for granted. Reading those stories really made me feel like I’m not alone when it comes to how I felt after my own birth experience. Also, just as another encourager and reminder to all women to always advocate and speak up for yourself. I am a #csection mama, and I was cleared to have a #vbac (vaginal delivery post c section) for my daughter. In my heart I really wanted to experience natural birth and labor as a woman. I’m thankful that I did get to experience somewhat of that. I was past due at #41weekspregnant and scheduled to be induced, but that morning my water broke. Long story short we get there, get checked in and contractions are picking up and I’m breathing and laboring through fine. I’ll never forget when they told me I was 10cm and we could begin pushing. My doctor was present, and after the first set of pushes I felt an extreme pain in the front of my stomach. We tried different positioning but in my mind I knew something wasn’t right and spoke up. They checked Karlies vitals & they were dropping. We had to now switch to emergency C-section. My heart literally dropped because #naturalbirth was out. They deliver Karlie (she’s fine & healthy💕), and next thing I hear is my doctor say “we have a uterine rupture” (nurses know). Beforehand I researched this as a potential risk of vbac and it was less than 1% that women experience this and is life threatening. Never have I experienced or had a thought that I could possibly die and not be here for my babies. But GOD.🤍 Both doctors (who were black might I mention) were so professional along with their team in keeping me calm and her saying “you will be ok” over and over just was so comforting and needed. I always have the question in the back of my mind if it were someone else how would this be? I am truly thankful to God, my husband, the #texaschildrenshospital and family who knew and were praying were present.🙏🏽To all the mamas I see you & I respect you ✊🏾🤰🏽💞 #blackmamasmatter

🟢処置スタート NSTでお腹の様子を１時間ほど確認してから14:30頃に内診していただき、子宮口が3cmも開いてくれていることが判明。数日かかる覚悟だったので嬉しい誤算！「すぐ取れると思うけど、バルーン入れておくね」とのことでお股に異物感を感じながら自室へ戻りました。（16:00にシャワーを予約していたので、恐る恐る触って入ってることを確認したり😅） 17:00頃に再度内診していただいたところ、子宮口4〜5cmまで進み、バルーンが外れていました🙌この後はお腹の張りを感じながらも、がっつり夕食をいただいたり、パックをしたりとのんびり過ごして眠りにつきました。 🟢陣痛スタート 深夜2:00頃に生理痛のような腹痛で起きてしまいました。出産レポのYouTubeを見まくっていたので、いよいよか...という感じです。7〜8分程度の間隔であまり早くに助産師さんを呼んでも仕方ないことも承知していたので、痛みの時間を測る＆寝落ちを繰り返してたら4:00すぎ。 5:00前には痛みに我慢できなくなり、ナースコールをして、自室から移動して内診してもらいました。まだ子宮口は5cmとのことでしたが、そのまま分娩室へ。 麻酔医の先生が出勤されるまで麻酔が入れられないので、このあとの数時間が長かったです... 痛くておしっこが出てるのか出血してるのか自分ではなんだか分かりませんでしたが、7:30頃に再度内診で破水済みと確認。（おしっこじゃなかった）8:30にはやっと麻酔を入れてもらい、痛みが軽減しました。 その後も痛みは強まりましたが、麻酔を追加したりして少し落ち着いた10:00頃に助産師さんから「ご主人呼びましょうか！」との声かけがあり、電話で呼び出し🤙 11:00頃には先生も来て、いきみ練習開始。前日に指摘された通り、臍の緒が巻いてしまっていて、赤ちゃんの心拍たまに落ちてしまう上に、少し頭の角度がななめで出てきにくいとのことで、吸引の準備がはじまりました。結局、この臍の緒＆角度が予定日超過の原因だったようです。 その後、11:45に吸引分娩で無事に産まれて、産声を聞くことができました。麻酔や疲労で文字通り箸も持てず、という感じでしたが、産後ハイの勢いでお待たせした分、出産報告連絡をしまくるのでした。 おしまい #出産レポ #プレママ #予定日超過 #予定日超過12日目 #41週 #41週5日 #41weekspregnant #41w5d
予定日を12日過ぎて、元気な赤ちゃんを経膣分娩で出産しました。予定日超過後不安になって検索魔になることもあったので、２投稿に分けて記録をシェアします💡 🟢妊婦健診中🤰 ・一般的な産前休業日の1ヶ月前から有給消化で休業しはじめました。休業中の運動は短めのお散歩、ストレッチ、たまにYouTubeを見ながらマタニティヨガ、くらいで、そんなに積極的にしていませんでした。 ・検診期間中は尿糖が出やすいこと、赤ちゃんの脚が頭や身長に対してちょい短いこと😂以外は特に指摘事項もありませんでした。 🟢予定月に入ってから ・1月18日が予定日だったので、年末の検診くらいから子宮口の確認もしはじめたものの降りて来る気配ゼロ。 ・予定日超過後は週2〜3で通院。引き続き降りて来ず。（子宮口の開きを確認する以前の段階といった感じ）家の階段昇降などもしてみるものの、効果も見られませんでした。 ・あまりに進捗がないため、インスタやたまひよで #41週 などで調べたところ、41週前に誘発している方がほとんど...。妊婦生活にも飽きてきましたが、産気づいたら困るので外にも積極的には出られないし、「産まれた？」連絡が親戚や友人からも沢山届いており、「もう帝王切開でスパッと産まれてくれてもいいから早く！！」と焦らされる毎日でした。 そんなこんなで42週が近づいていましたが、無痛分娩が平日しかできない総合病院で出産を予約していたため、月曜（ #41w4d）から入院して誘発を試みることになりました。 🟢入院初日 月曜のお昼頃に主人とともに病院に到着。一通り設備の説明を受けたあと、13:00頃から検診同様にNSTをつけられてお腹の様子チェック開始です。 途中NSTのアラートがなり、助産師さん数名が私の部屋に集まる瞬間がありました。「検診で赤ちゃんに臍の緒が巻いてる、とか指摘されたことはありますか？」と聞かれましたが、心当たりもないし、胎動は感じるので、赤ちゃんを信じて過ごしました。（ここまで来るとなぜか根拠のない自信があり、不安はありませんでした😌） つづく #出産レポ #プレママ #予定日超過 #予定日超過12日目 #41週 #41週5日 #41weekspregnant #41w5d

Ok so let’s just begin with a reminder that only 5% of babies are born on their due date so we can take the concept of being “overdue” with a pinch of salt. . But when you’re 9 months pregnant and you’re desperate for that baby to just hurry up and come out it can feel very disappointing when the day comes and goes with no appearance. . Here are some things you can do to distract yourself that also help you prepare mentally and physically for what is to come. . Things that you find relaxing - Netflix, massage, reading, etc. Stimulating all your feel good hormones can help move birth along and resting your body in the lead up to birth helps you go into it with as much energy as a heavily pregnant person can! . Date night, seeing friends, making the most of your time without baby to really enjoy those connections that you’ll need for support and that may change dynamic for a little while post birth. . Practicing your hypnobirthing techniques, cooking some meals so you’ve got postnatal microwave meals, going for walks can help baby into position, physically prepping your body, home and mind. . Basically do everything that you love and enjoy, rest plenty, move your body gently, keep your mind occupied. Spontaneous labor isn’t optional. It’s inevitable. There has not been a single case of a pregnant person who has stayed pregnant forever. We need to stop accepting the narrative that our bodies are broken and do not know how to give birth safely on their own. Just because you are not falling within your provider’s arbitrary window of giving birth between 39 and 42 weeks does not mean that your body is failing. It does not mean that your body is trying to #off you”. It just means that your body grows babies differently than what the medical system deems the “norm”. so spontaneous, labored or something that you were hoping to achieve, get comfortable with pushing back back when you’re pro provider says that your body may need a little bit of help to go into labor. Because that is just not true. get educated! Learn about physiological birth, and understand the process, and also learn the warning signs of when your body may be telling you that something is actually wrong. Internet People! I’ve had several people reach out asking about my Birth Story so I thought I’d share. That week leading up I’d been told more than once I wasn’t going to make it past the weekend without going into labor. During my NSTs the monitor showed I was having contractions, but I wasn’t feeling any of them. During my acupuncture appointments I was much more “responsive” to the treatment. And after my ultrasound the tech recommended I have more than just a pad on hand. Which was funny because my whole pregnancy I always heard “You are all baby” which apparently I was all fluid because I was Polyhydramnios so when Niagara Falls did bust I swear I looked 25 weeks pregnant. It was shocking. Literally. How much fluid came out. I labored in total for 26hrs and reached 8-9cm without any pain medications. My water broke at home when the Super Bowl was about to start, so Josh and I packed up and headed to the hospital. Around noon the next day the OB was suspicious baby had a brow presentation. Several ultrasounds later and me laboring more confirmed he was. I tried a lot of different positions to get baby to move. At the very end I decided on an epidural because those vaginal exams we’re getting to be pretty traumatic… (probably more so for Josh witnessing them) which we needed to know for sure what baby’s position was because a c section was starting to look more like a reality if he wasn’t changing position and my labor started to arrest. Once I got my epidural she checked me, then had the nurse check me. And found he was now a full face presentation. So the decision was made to do a csection and at 8:14pm our little guy joined us Earth side. I feel heartbroken I didn’t get the birth I wanted but I feel empowered at the same time that I fought as hard as I did for it. I feel thankful that we have csections as it saved me and my baby’s life. I can’t thank Josh enough for supporting me through the whole process and now postpartum. #birthstory #birth #41weekspregnant
