What an unexpected day this was. I been dealing with heel pain for like 6 months now from hiking. The last doctor I went to said PT was all I can do. And that didn’t work. So I went in for a second opinion to a new doctor. After chatting for a little bit he said we should try to immobilize it. And suggested a boot. I told him I just wouldn’t wear the boot like I’m supposed to. Than he goes….. “than something a little more permanent, a cast” And he than said “and we’re gonna do it now”. I was in shock. MOVE IN DAY!!! 🦖⭐🥰 WOW! Was today crazy! We woke up bright and early to make our way from All Star Movies to Flamingo Crossing Village for our check in and everything was just flowing after that! Honestly today was so chaotic but I got to spend it with some AMAZING people! I also go to meet sooooo many AWESOME people! Thank you to all my friends for helping today go so smoothly! At the end of the night all the Canadians gathered at the Polynesian Resort to watch the Magic Kingdom Fireworks and it was so much fun! We also got to take a photo at the end! Isn't this crazy? Well…. Jamie’s back. This time she finds herself trapped in a bright red long arm thumb spica. She hates that it’s her left arm since that’s her dominate arm. She says the cast is so restricting just hanging there not being able to move her elbow or her thumb. It’s warm out where she lives so the cast is out on full display for everyone to see. She says she feels embarrassed in it but she’s making the best of it. Since she can’t drive I took her to run some errands and to dinner.
