Surrender. As I'm moving into a new space of total surrender, I'm often reminding myself "what's meant for me won't pass me by" Maybe this phrase will also land with someone who's meant to hear it and adapt into their own life. Because when we truly believe the Universe has our back and is conspiring with us instead of against us. When we are aligned with our soul's destiny. i was re-listening to a coaching call from 2021 (@thearielfrey you are truly a divinely intuitive queen 💎) and she intuitively shared something to be aware of and i think i’ve been doing it for the last few years 🥴 she said “i think that sometimes people focus so much on results that they then try to arrange their thinking to get the result. results are great; money, travel, luxury, etc, buuut the problem with doing it that way is that it goes back to choosing results that are not authentic for them.” she then went on talk about how so many people try to reverse engineer how they’re thinking in order to manifest or get the results they want. 😳 my mind started racing —this is resonating? have i been doing this? omg i HAVE been doing this? how do i change it? i’ve been so focused on manifesting the results of my desires that i’ve allowed honoring my authenticity to slip through the cracks. i’ve been focused on.. getting the perfect apartment. making more money. adding more to my goal list. running a business. trying to have my ideal relationship. rather than on what/how i think about these things + my current beliefs regarding them + if i believe it’s possible for me + what i want it to feel like + what i feel currently about these things + how i’m going to take an aligned action from there. these are what allow us to be more in tune and present with ourselves to THEN be able to make choices + decisions that align with our authenticity and what we truly DESIRE ✨ i was running on autopilot trying to reverse engineer my thoughts + feelings to match the desired result i wanted. —bypassing the actual authenticity of my humanness + honoring what’s true for me. what i’m doing to try to reset my result mind: 🦋 returning/rereading old journals of times when i WAS focused on aligning to authenticity 🦋 getting to the roots of my beliefs (+noticing how this last year has impacted my belief systems bc it heavily has) 🦋 allowing the thoughts + feelings S P A C E to simmer so i can honor them in their entirety 🦋 choosing what i would rather AFTER holding that space for my authentic humanness 🦋 opening up about what i’m going through 🙂
