[1] Upper Portion of Rectus Abdominus: Stability Ball Abdominal Crunches with Resistance Band ×3 sets of 15-20 reps [2] Lower Portion of Rectus Abdominus: Roman Chair Leg Raise (with Posterior Pelvic Tilt) ×3 sets of 15-20 reps IMPORTANT Side Note: The origin of the rectus abdominus is the Pubic Symphisis and Pubic tubercle. Focus on using the lower portion of your rectus abdominus to tilt your pelvic posteriorly. Don't lead with hips or else the focus will be on hip flexors , NOT the rectus abdominus. This will make leg raises CORE FOCUSED! [3] Internal & External Obliques: Bicycle Crunches ×3 sets of 15-20 slow pausing reps each side. [1]  HIIT CARDIO: Battlerope ×12 round of 20 seconds with 15 seconds rest between sets ☠️☠️☠️ [2] Erector Spinae-SUPERSET with Rectus Abdominus ×4 Superset rounds of 15-20 reps each exercise ▪︎ Horizontal Back Extensions ▪︎ Decline Abdominal Crunch Anatomical side note when training core: Abdominal crunches DEFINITELY surpass sit-ups! WHY??? When it comes to overall rectus abdominus muscle activation. Focused stimulation on the muscle is greatest in the early stages of trunk flexion and decreases as the range of motion became greater, more than 35–40° because there is an increase activation in the iliopsoas (iliacus & psoas muscle) and rectus femoris whose which both are heavily involved in Hip Flexion. The exchange was well worth it....traded in the Yes4All Multi-grip Bar and acquired the Titan Fitness Hybrid Multi-Grip Olympic Bar V3...what's the difference? The welding and weight. The Titan Finess Multi-grip Bar start weight is a solid 45lbs with 1900lv weight capacity, and the Yes4All Multi-grip Bar is only 22lbs with a 40lb capacity. So, I traded my bar for some awesome, almost full sale price credit and only shelled out $40 for a $180 bar...and took it for a spin this morning!
