Tvrdá realita 🪨. Já sakra tu baterku v tom hruďáku asi měnit neměla 😲🫣😅. Sice tepovku důsledně nehlídám, spíš tak jako orientačně sleduju, ale dneska teda - reálnější hodnoty než za poslední víc než půlrok - rána mezi voči 🫢. Ale tak nakonec vlastně dobře, že mám nějaký směroplatný (😁) hodnoty a už se těším, jak budu sledovat zlepšování 😊😁. Doufám. Konečně už. Zajímavý je, že průměrka zůstala zhruba stejná, ale okamžitej stav, když mrknu na hodinky, je úplně jinde cca o 10 i víc tzm. Ona to totiž ta optika na zápěstí často vystřelila na chvíli ke hvězdám. Takže běžim, běžim, kontroluju párkrát tep, kolem 155 tzm, supr, zn. ideál, a ke konci už na to nekoukám. A že mám v connectu na grafu ke konci běhu tepy lezoucí k 180 nebo 190, to si slavně nevšimnu 🤣. Typicky to ustřelí po pauze. A tu já mám vždycky, bo foto, žejo 😝. As you all may have, or have not noticed, I have not been as active on social media. That is for a lot of reasons. One, I found my love for reading again. Two, I found I wasn't stressing out about what to post next. The list could go on. Am I still a fitness and mental health junky. YES! Do I still work as a master trainer for Fierce Hip-Hop Fitness? YES! I have been doing a lot behind the scenes. Teaching classes. Creating choreography. Helping other instructors. As well as my family is looking to move into a bigger home. House hunting is no fun, and packing up my current home for sale is no fun either. But in the end it will be worth it. So, I am still here. Just not as often. I have cut back on a habit that seemed like a good thing, but when in reality, we all need to get back to the real world. Not so much the digital. #socialmedia #backtoreality

I had a wonderful break catching up with family and being a tourist in my old backyard of Te Ika-a-Māui, New Zealand’s North Island. @visit_zealandia was an amazing highlight, we saw takahē and kākā among many other beautiful native bird species. I have had an amazing week in Cyprus @aphrodite_hills_resort_cyprus. Absolutely amazing hotel and the staff were kind, funny and so helpful. Having the time to spend with my hubby and parents, making memories and laughing until our sides hurt is such a gift that I will always appreciate. Cancer is a bitch.
