~ 🇩🇪 In A Gudiña trennen sich die Wege. Die Südroute führt über Verín nach Ourense, die Nordroute, die wir wählten, über Laza dorthin. Bei herrlichem Wetter bewegten wir uns auf ca. 1000 m und genossen die schönen Ausblicke. Vorbei an der Embalse das Portas gelangten wir bergab zum Etappenziel Campobecerros. 🇬🇧 In A Gudiña, the two routes diverge. The southern route leads via Verín to Ourense, the northern route, which we chose, leads there via Laza. In wonderful weather, we walked at an altitude of around 1000 m and enjoyed the beautiful views. ~ 🇩🇪 Eigentlich wollten wir die 39 km von Carcaboso nach Aldeanueva del Camino unterteilen. Da wir allerdings am Wochenende um den 1. Mai hier unterwegs waren, hatten weder ein etwas von der Strecke gelegenes Hostal noch Unterkünfte in Oliva de Plasencia für die Tage freie Betten. So entschloss sich eine Gruppe schweren Herzens, zwei Taxis zu buchen, die uns in die Nähe des Arco de Cáparra brachten. Von dort wanderten wir dann die restlichen 20 km nach Aldeanueva del Camino. 🇬🇧 We actually wanted to split up the 39 kilometres from Carcaboso to Aldeanueva del Camino. However, as we were walking here on the weekend around 1st of May, neither a hostal a little way from the route nor accommodation in Oliva de Plasencia had any beds available for the days. So, with a heavy heart, one group decided to book two taxis to take us near the Arco de Cáparra. BON CHEMIN（ボン シュマン） １年ほど前に初めてお伺いした時のもの。 １皿目から度肝を抜かれたよね。穴子とメヒカリのベニエ。まずは、メヒカリのベニエの大きさにテンション上がるし、揚げたてを出してくれる時点で既に好感度MAX。脂の乗ったメヒカリのベニエも旨かったけど、衝撃を受けたのは、何といっても穴子のベニエ。衣がサクサクなのはいうまでもないとして、穴子の身が、練り物のようなねっとりさすら感じられるほどにしっとり。未だかつて経験したことのない食感でした。 １年経った今でも強く印象に残っているのが、豚肉のパテ・アン・クルート。豚肉主体のパテ・アン・クルートはおそらく初めていただきましたが、これは旨いねぇ〜。。。熟成された白身肉の旨味や豚の脂のねっとりとしたコクとともに、焼き菓子のようにバターリッチなパートや練り込まれた香草、そして絶妙に加減された塩の風味を感じられ、マジで旨い。コースの一皿とは思えないほどのサイズ感も最高でした。 定番らしい牡蠣のムニエルとジャガイモのパンケーキのアンサンブルもど直球に旨い。 メインは、サルセルのアンティエ・ロティ。サルセルは、私にとって繊細な味わいであり、正直なところジビエとしては物足りなさを感じていたのですが、この日いただいたものは、焼き鳥としての純粋な美味しさを感じられるものであり、本当に旨い。加えて、軽すぎず、かといって重すぎないルアネーズ・ソースを合わせるあたりにも脱帽。牛蒡を合わせるのもいいよね。ジビエの扱いを得意としているお店はあまたあれど、当店は本物。評判に違わぬ確かな実力を感じました。 １年ぶりの訪問、楽しみだな〜。 #bonchemin #ボンシュマン #五本木 #ランチ
