Facial at home!🤗 ... Many people inboxed for a detailed step by step facial after i posted a story yesterday! So here it is!! ... Follow these simple steps they have a really good effect on your skin.. just perfect to do it before eid😍 ... 1. So start off with washing your face with a face wash. You can also use a cleanser/make up remover as per the need. 2. Wet a towel with bearable hot water and place it on your face. Keep it there till the towel gets cold. 3. Now your pores are open.. take a nose strip to remove blackheads. And on rest of the face exfoliate your face and neck using a scrub that suits your skin. Rinse off the scrub after prescribed time. 4. Apply some rose water on your face and pat dry. 5. Now use a mask (mud mask, fruit mask, alovera mask etc.) That suits your skin and rinse off after the said time. 6. Moisturize your skin.. you can use aloevera gel/face cream. 7. Lastly for extra pampering use an eye mask for your eyes to get relaxed and a lip balm to soothe your lips. Tadaaaa! All Done!😎 ... TIP- If you want to bleach your face too. Do it a day before. I am so glad i accepted!🙌 ... What are the changes?🤔 ... 1. I am habitual of eating late night junk in ramzan which i had totally curbed. I eat of i really need to healthy snacks (mainly fruits or whole wheat slices) post-iftar and with drinking loads of water (especially detox water)!! Often drink green tea :) 2. Excercise and walk are into my schedule now. And to be honest i feel alot active and healthy than before. 3. In suhoor i drink shake (with no sugar and low fat milk) that keeps a check on my calcium intake. ... For me the little changes in diet and ones habits are the way to go!! Day 15- Chicken Karahi🍜 ... Today we decided to skip iftari dishes and have chicken karahi dinner in iftar!😍 We ate them with naan. It was so good!! ... Ingredients- 💥Chicken 💥Oil 💥Ginger-garlic paste 💥Tomatoes 💥Chili powder 💥Salt 💥Green chilies 💥Cumin seeds 💥Kasoori methi 💥Garam masala 💥Yogurt 💥Coriander ... -Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic and ginger paste in it. Add chicken and cook it for 3-4 minutes on high flame. -Add tomatoes, chili powder and salt. Mix it and leave it covered to cook. -After 5 minutes add yogurt, green chilies, cumin seeds, methi and garam masala and coriander.
